We were staying at Shangri-La hotel for four nights, we had a great time the staff was absolutely amazing , 
breakfast was incredible
And we want to mention a special guy from the stuff and his name is KHODARAHM
He was so nice and helpful and he keeps smiling all the time. 

A great place to stay 

We had a deluxe room with a sea view, the 3822. Pleasant stay, very clean establishment, very comfortable bed. The hotel is well located, close to Dubai Mall. We particularly appreciated the kindness, good mood and professionalism of Khodarahm who is very attentive to customer expectations. A big thank you. On the other hand, we have less appreciated the wait to have breakfast; go before 10am, after you have to wait. Another bemool, coffee orders or pastry in the lobby, too long too. We recommend spa massages with Emam and Andrea. A real moment of relaxation.

It's a nice stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. A special thanks to Khodarham, that was always very attentive and ready to help. Also a big thank you to Yan, very polite and friendly. And Khamibari, which kindness and helping at breakfast made me feel at home. Highly recommended hotel and staff. Thank you !

I am staying here more than 3 months and im very sad that soon i ll leave :(

Since im a proffessional hotelier and travelled & worked in many luxury hotels long years, i can easily say that Shangri La Dubai is one of the best choices in Dubai. No, im not talking about just the location, age of the building or some interior design, im talking about human touch, friendly staff and anticipate your needs.

From GM Mr. Hakan to sales Meghna , from reception to all the pool staff and IRD. They just wow, always ready to fullfill your requests. And very special thanks to Housekeeping team -one of the best i've ever seen- , concierge, bellteam and doormans and for sure security team to always smiling and recognize you.

It was a true homie experience with smiling faces and heart-melted stay for me last 3 months and I will definetely come back and I will recommend here to all of my friends and contacts!

Woow you ll feel like you are at home

Our stay in Dubai was definitely better thanks to the Shangri La hotel. The staff was very kind, the rooms were spacious and clean and the view was splendid. Special thanks to our concierge, Moeen, who was very available for us and was able to book us the best restaurants and experiences in Dubai. Our trip wouldn’t be the same without him. 

Amazing hotel and staff

We had a great time at the Shangri-La with with Burj view room. The staff were all very nice and well trained - from doorman, concierge, duty manager etc. Very good precautions taken due to covid 19. We had a nice meal at Shang Palace - highly recommended. The food served by the pool lounge was also very good. We will be back for sure.

Amazing hotel and hospitality

I think this is the first review since the pandemic hit.  This hotel is working very, very hard to win customers over to staying during this difficult time.  I started working on my reservation 3 months prior to traveling, and the hotel was very good at responding to my concern and helping manage my reservation as the rules for travel kept changing affecting my locations and dates.  They almost always responded within 24 hours, and were very attentive in last 4 weeks.  The check-in was very good and efficient, the lobby is clean, the staff very, very helpful.  The room was very nice and clean.  The club was closed, but I was offered a free breakfast in the restaurant that was excellent, and offered free high tee - both of which were excellent.  When I was working in my room and could not go for happy hour I was surprised that the staff called me, recognized I was not at happy hour, asked what I wanted to drink then brought cocktails and appetizers to my room at no charge! Great service.  This team was working very, very hard to make my stay a very good one and they accomplished their goal.  Well done!!

Very good hotel, nice rooms, great service - really making it work during pandemic

I have been coming to Shangrila for over a year mainly to gym and pool. I would like to say that the staff is always friendly and one of your employees grab my attention that he is always smiling, welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and very well mannered. An employee like him is what makes a difference in a highly reputable hotel like yours. Excellent job and well done Mr. Abdullah and thank you for always being positive and warm. 

Excellent Service

It was our first time to use the pool and we were welcomed by Chaimae from Morocco, she explained everything to us and we were happy with her service and her attention to the details. Amazing hospitality.
