A spa day with 2 treatments per person,  use of the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and an afternoon tea. Facials and massages  were great and the therapists lovely. Topped off with a yummy afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco in the Manor House.

Fantastic value for money

I was thinking about joining crowhurst park leisure club so I thought I’d give them a call and see if I could have a look . 
They offered me and my partner a day pass for £10 to come and try the club and spa facilities. 
When we arrived we were faced with 4 moody young girls and the worst reception I have ever received in my life. They either ran away or denied all knowledge of the previous phone call and refused to let us use the club. 
Awful experience.

Booked a borthday event dinner for 32 people. Very nice food. Excellent organisation. Good prices. Attentive Staff.  Well done. Good interaction between the staff and the small number of children attenting.

Well done for a large event

An amazing experience for both me and my mum. Stacey carried out a lovely treatment for both of us, who also adapted to my mum needs without hesitation. leaving us lovely and relaxed. The afternoon tea was delicious.

We went for the Emerald Spa day, which included and hour and half treatment. We arrived late because of traffic, but even so we were told we'd have an hour treatment. I had the massage. The therapist spent about half an our on one part of my back, and the rest of me just got a cursory going over. My wife went to get her nails done, and was told she could have her fingers and toes done in the hour. The manicurist was very slow, and took nearly the whole hour to do just the hands, with gel, with no time left for the feet. The quality of the work was quite poor too. The pool was ok, a little cold, and the sauna and steam room were ok. The afternoon tea was also ok.

Spa day, facilities ok, treatments not so much

Stsyed here for a weekend with my partner and baby. Great views of the countryside from our lodge, well maintained hot tub and lodge.
Staff were also very friendly and the leisure centre facilities were very nice.
Only thing was the lack of the basics in the lodge, no hand soap, no tea towel etc. Also had to hire towels. For the price paid would expect some bare essentials like this to be included. After a long drive, being able to wash and dry our hands would have been helpful.
Booking through Hoseasons didnt make this clear.
Having said that we would stay again

Stayed in a lodge, very well equipped and comfortable accommodation. 3 bedrooms and hot tub. Beautiful views. Really helpful staff and on site shop. Ate at restaurant for Sunday lunch, carvery. Excellent food, great value and service. 

Friends trip 

Love this site because the lodges are well spaced apart and things don’t feel cramped.  Set in lovely surroundings, the view we had from our lodge was beautiful.  

We had a three bedroom lodge with a hot tub which was a real treat and well used.  If I’m being picky we felt that the lodge was slightly dated and the internal furnishings and fittings were in need of an update. One of our sofas was a bit sunken and the knives used for cutting were blunt and unusable. That being said we were still comfortable.  

The Leisure Club was welcoming and never that full so we were able to swim and spend time with our children without too many others around.  

The restaurant- a little disappointing, on the evening we ate there we were the only family in the restaurant but found that we were left and had to keep going out to the bar to ask for more drinks, ask for a pudding menu, ask to order our pudding and then for the bill.  This being said, the staff were still keen to please and were friendly.

Visits exceeded 20 my friend and I booked a lodge each here . Firstly the lodge is cleaned to a high standard . All staff reception bar grounds etc are all lovely so thank you very much . I book direct and choose my lodge just call them . Hot tub fabulous bed comfy everything you need . Ate out a few times I recommend White's and the squirrel Inn and Italian way . Used the gym that was good . Pool looks good but I'm not a swimmer.  Ate in clubhouse three times food not great but its cheap and staff are nice . I recommend and I will be back soon 

Still my favourite lodge park

Really enjoyed our stay at Crowhurst with family and grandparents for the weekend

- improved playground area
- friendly staff
