Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful owners.
We took bikes and they put them around the back & covered them for us.
The bonus is being able to park the car right outside for free - so away from the main town but not very far at all.  Breakfast was very good & freshly prepared.

Four night getaway.

I received a warm welcome and help with my bags and my room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the bay. Breakfasts were exceptional with a wide choice of homemade parfaits and overnight oats and a good selection of cheeses, cold meats and pastries. The helpful proprietors have a good local knowledge and maintain a relaxed enviroment where I felt well looked after but also free to come and go as I chose.
I recommend a visit to the local Palace Cinema close by and also to Posillipo's Italian restaurant in Albion St.

A well earned relaxing break after a hard few months.

I had wonderful stay at the Devonhurst. I was given a room at the front and top of the hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea. Kadriye, Matthew and David welcomed me warmly and were excellent friendly hosts. Anything I asked for they were happy to help with. I loved the location in Broadstairs of this hotel also. It was nice and quiet and away from the very busy, crowded area of the town centre and seafront overlooking the beautiful Stone Bay, but close enough to be able to walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants and more crowded Viking Bay area. There are lots of interesting local artists, galleries, and studios to visit in the area. 
My room was very comfortable with plenty of space and light, and on suite with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfy and I slept well there. 

A wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend.

I would recommend the Ham and Cheese Swirl the pastry was so fluffy and tasty.

Delightful and Highly Recommend

Our hosts Matthew and kadriye were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.  They helped to make our stay with them an holiday to remember. Our room was very clean and comfortable with all amenities provided.  Excellent breakfast choice, with ample food selection.
No hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family.

Perfect holiday experience

As always, we were made very welcome and comfortable. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows soft and comfortable. Although a full English breakfast isn't available, the alternatives are very acceptable. The hotel is opposite a beautiful beach, with only a 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. Our hosts always make us welcome and are very knowledgeable about what's going on in Broadstairs.

Home from home! We've been staying at the Devonhurst for approximately 12 years. Love it

Note..... before i arrived i saw on their instagram page a picture of a kiwi and strawberry parfait and i commented" im having that tomorrow morning" 
When i filled in the breakfast order i actually put down kiwi and strawberry over night oats
I came down for breakfast the next day and Kaz explaind ,but she said dont worry i made both.
Dont worry about tea and coffee in your room..... theres enough to invite the whole street round

Fabulous

Family-run, small hotel in a great steep coastal location. Super clean rooms, comfortably furnished. From the balcony you have a great view of the sea. Healthy breakfast, which is selected in the evening and then prepared fresh. Many loving details at breakfast round off the stay. 👍

Loving Hospitality With Sea View

We had three nights stay at the Devonhurst. The location was great, overlooking the sea. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were delicious. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous 3 night stay

This is a fabulous guesthouse on the seat front with stunning views of the beautiful beaches and sea.  Matthew and Kaz were very accommodating and made us feel really welcome.  Our room had a balcony, pretty tea cups, tea and biscuits.   It’s a short walk to the town centre and the breakfast was great and freshly made to order.   Try some jam from the ‘jam menu’ it’s very good.   Would love to stay here again.
