Very pleasant experience and friendly service provided by the helpful team! Previously, I was in a few different Travelodge hotels in the area, but this one was definitely the best one and for that reason I recommend it for the short or longer stay!

Pleasent stay

If you asked for a dream team of lovely kind hearted women, Rosa, Ramuue and Ramona are it! 

From their pleasant demeanour, to the lovely way they bounce off one another, they have made my experience at Bromley comforting and through conversing alone created a safe environment for me. 

All 3 women have superb customer service skills, present cheerfully and go above and beyond to assist not only I, but in observation, all customers, especially children during breakfast and it is a delight to see. 

It’s a pleasure to be in such good, kind and compassionate hands.

After a hectic entry into Bromley, Here I had a good meal, and an even better dessert experience. Looking forward to a restful sleep tonight :)

A bad day turned better!

What an amazing place to stay,  the manager and staff are very friendly,  welcoming and helpful. Easy to approach with any inquiries or recommendations for taxis or where to go around Bromley, London. My stay was very good. I would recommend that hotel to friends and family when visiting the area.

Great place

Travelodge Bromley has just delivered what l can't really find in Travelodge, peace and quiet. I just spent a day there and it was a pleasant surprise. Great staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend , all around amazing experience. Nothing is too much for the staff.

Amazing

There was some problem with their systems when we were checking in so there was a bit of a mix up with the rooms. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us to a family room. However, the bathroom had this really strong stinky smell which was very unpleasant. We just endured it since we were only staying for 1 night

Overnight stay

The Hotel and surrounds are clean and pleasant.

Parking was convenient and secure But there is a £10.00 minimum charge for each 24 hour period. The parking was in the basement of the hotel and is run by NCP, not Travelodge. 

The staff were friendly, obliging and efficient.

The room and shower were clean.

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in.

There is no air conditioning, it was warm even though it is only early May; this would definitely be a barrier to me staying at this particular hotel except during the first quarter of the year; and I would not recommend anyone else to stay. 

Charging  for WI-FI at £3 per day reflects a prehistoric and penny pinching mentality , when Wi-Fi is offered as an essential and free service at virtually all venues; it's like adding an extra charge for water or electricity to be provided to your room.


Not good value for Money

The hotel itself and room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and hot food.  The problem was that it appears that the hotel is making money out of putting up the homeless. Police there when we arrived with threats from one guest and hassles from guests who were high on drink and alcohol which made us and my daughter feel uncomfortable! Would not go again as we paid a lot of money and wouldn’t have gone if we knew they situation with housing the homeless.

There are some amazing staff at this travelodge and have been very helpful. To mention a couple of them Elda and Ramona have been absolute stars they have gone out there way to help. I was staying there for 7 months and through the trying time all have been amazing. I still pop in if I’m passing just to say hello to the staff who are always happy when I do
