Great welcome  from PRIYA  at reception   .  You were extremely  helpful   as were were going to a wedding the next day and not familiar with the area..  thank you so much  we really   appreciated  your help  and friendliness       .  It does make a difference    to receive   help  like you  give  

 Great welcome  on Reception   

This is the worst experience I have had at a premier inn. The noise made by the worn out staircase was the start of the issue closely followed by the maintenance work that started at 7am outside our room window. The good night guarantee is a lie. Having raised the issue with reception I was told to contact guest relations, they told me that I don’t tell reception quickly enough for the guarantee… I guess I should have not tried to sleep there!

Worst Premier Inn

We had a lovely time at Premier Inn Burnley, very warm welcome and smooth check in by Priya , he made sure thay we have all the information and my kids wowed with chocolates by him. Clean room and all the amenities were avaliable for us to use, the pub next door was a treat, free car park and the hotel is close to local attractions. Thanks for the great service.

Fantastic stay

Another great stay at the Burnley Premier Inn. It’s not the most modern hotel in the chain, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk to Turf Moor and so is popular with people going to the football. There is on site parking as well.
Ultimately what makes the hotel great is its staff. They are top class and invariably friendly and helpful - same at the adjacent Brewers Fayre.

Another great stay at the Burnley Premier Inn

We were so surprised to find Easter gifts and eggs for the children. It was so thoughtful and unexpected. It made a difficult stay so much more pleasant. My daughter couldn't stop smiling. Of course the beds were as comfortable as usual. Thank you.

Easter stay

We had room 105. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Was a lovely bathroom with big fluffy towels, and quality complimentary liquid soaps. It was nice to have a big bath to have a soak, but there was also a big rainfall shower over the bath for those that preferred a shower. It was my birthday and staff very kindly left birthday banners and balloons, along with a large chocolate bar. Staff were very welcoming and nice. 
Only downfall was the buffet breakfast, as everything was only just warm. Had to wait ages for toast as there were only two small household size toasters to serve everyone, this created a queue. 
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. 

Surprisingly excellent stay

As you would expect the Hotel was great up to standards as all other Premier Inns. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was very quick and easy. We got checked into our room and found a nice little surprise left by team and I think the name was neelham, thank you. It made our stay a little more special. Only 1 thing we had missing was another set of towels but that was sorted straight away. Thank you team burnley . Staff go up and beyond to make your stay special and worth while. Definitely would stay again. 

Great Hotel for a Small Family Break 

The disabled room was adequate but the bath was dirty, suspicious yellow staining in Bath, black overflow, hair. Spider chilling in the corner of the room so that had to be evicted while my arachnophobe daughter hid.
Bed was quite hard but big enough for me and 10yr old 2 sleep in comfortably. Desk clerk was a saint and really friendly.
The very biggest issue was that there is no cell or Internet reception. The place is like area 52 and the vegetarian breakfast is inedible.
Be satisfied with cold pastries and cereal (thankfully my daughter doesn't eat hot food) and only book here of you have to. 

Better than travelodge, worse than holiday inn 

On arrival we noticed all of the ground  floor windows were open.  Assuming is was probably due to heat, though it wasn't as warm as of late. We checked in and went to our ground floor room. As soon as we walked in there was a terrible smell of damp. We requested an alternative room which we quickly got, however, the guy on reception must have thought himself hilarious when he told us the second room was new. I hadn't stayed here for a few years so thought they'd maybe built on. The stains on the chair and bed settee clearly indicated it hadn't had a recent refurb. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, as usual for Premier Inn. The bed was comfortable with an option of extra pillows. The room was cool enough though there is no air con but a fan is provided.

The next morning we headed down to breakfast but first encountered a smell of rotten eggs. Maybe the drains. We had breakfast across the way at the Brewers Fayre which I guess was built about the same time as the hotel in 1995. It shows serious signs of wear and in desperate need of a touch up if nothing else. It didn't appear as the cleaning had been done from the night before as the carpets were dirty and the tables sticky. We also noticed two, small domestic toasters instead of the usual catering style. Neither toaster showed the label indicating they had been PAT tested. The breakfast was good and the service great. This will be our last stay at the Queen Vic, however.

Past its best

Stayed overnight so I could attend a school reunion in Colne. Hotel was spot on. Hotel staff warm and friendly, Had a a full English breakfast, the usual Premier standard buffet breakfast with a wide choice, the buffet was well stocked and fresh. The room and bathroom was clean and fresh. Great for parking the car.This hotel is more on the outskirts from Burnley town centre but a walkable distance. Plenty of local taxis available if required. Got a taxi to Colne. Great hotel to use as a base if you are visiting Pendle area or Howarth.
