The hospitality experienced this evening was fantastic. We are here on a family trip and Glenn has made it feel like home from home in the restaurant.
This coupled with some festive treats fir my son on arrival in our room with a Christmas Card was a lovely touch after our 3 hour drive.
Food in the restaurant was amazing! I highly recommend.
The rooms as you come to expect from a Premier Inn are tip top. You know what your getting.
The parking is literally 2 minutes walk and location is perfect for exploring the town..


Great welcome and outstanding customer service.

No onsite parking which is never great, the room wasn’t made up on the first night so no coffee for morning 2, the plug in the sink jammed (but I managed to dislodge it eventually) Glen in the bar was superb, super efficient and really looked after us, top chap 👌

Some good some poor!

We were greeted warmly on arrival. The house keeper had left curly wurlys for the kids. We had paid for the meal deal and once again warmly welcomed by a great waiter. He really was attentive and warm. The meal was lovely. The hotel was so quiet at night which was fantastic. The next morning we were up early and once again had a warm welcome from the chef who had laid out a fresh hot breakfast. She came out to chat to my kids who were going to Lapland uk. Staff make a hotel and these are a credit to premier inn. I only wish I had taken more notice of their names.

Wonderful staff

Very nice hotel close to centre and station food was good rooms where ok and the staff are very friendly little guy called glen will do everything he can to help it's got a Very cool bar and restaurant area that's very relaxing I enjoyed my stay here 

Premier Inn Camberley 

Pretty good bog standard premier inn with no issues really. Was clean and tidy, and fairly quiet. 
Perfect if you've got an event at Sandhurst, as it's directly opposite the old college gate. 
Only issue was that a cleaner burst into the room without knocking twice approx 7am and then 8am while we were still getting changed which was a bit of a shock! She stared at us and then walked off without apologising or explaining why she'd come in. Made us both laugh! 

Pretty decent premier inn, unexpected visit from a cleaner! 

Provided comfortable and clean accommodation close to where I wanted at a very reasonable price.  I booked early and obtained best price.  Check in was efficient and staff pleasant and friendly.   Would use again.

Business stay

A big thank you to David at the Premier Inn Camberley, you looked after 23 of us family members so very well on Saturday 4th February 2023. It was a lot to ask, 23 of us for dinner bed and breakfast, but David and Glenn and all their colleagues did an outstanding job making us very welcome, our meals arrived hot and on time, the breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious.  Thank you both for such good service, you went above and beyond, we will definitely be back.

I read some of the reviews and was a bit worried, there was no need to be. 

It is a basic premier inn,  it for less than £60 a night for a family room with 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast (hot) you can’t go wrong. 

Room - shower is brilliant, great power. Towels big, albeit only 1 each, bed was sooooo comfortable, only double and normally a king. 
The 2 kids had their own beds. Hairdryer does its job. Found everything to be clean

Check in - the lady was so lovely and helped us check in very fast and efficiently 

Breakfast - bread and pastries on a buffet along with juices and hot drinks. Bread was a hard, but once toasted no issues. We had to order the hot food and it was great. 
The lady serving us was very lovely and attentive. 

General toilets we very clean too

Great location 

Our room was very quiet and great temperature 

Parking very close, and payable separately to the hotel

Overall, for 2 nights at £113 in a family room with breakfast, a bargain of a deal.

Great location, good value - super comfortable beds

As expected with Prenier Inn, the room was great. I paid for breakfast the next day which was absolutely shocking. A tenner for cold bacon, rubbery eggs, cold sausage, a refusal from the staff to put out OJ. This is not acceptable for the price. I wouldn't have fed the breakfast to my dog.

Wouldn't stay again

First time visit after being used to the excellent restaurant services at Staines.

"All you can eat breakfast" here is more like " if you can find it, grab it".    Hardly any breakfast items to select, with many not available at all and what there was had been standing for a LONG Time!

Next to no continental breakfast items, very limited bread and croissant choices.    OK the place may have been busy on Saturday night but to be charged the best part of £20 for next to nothing is a disgrace.    We will not be back and would advise anyone to avoid this offering at all costs.
