We booked two rooms at Carlisle M6.We came by 8 pm after the long travel.The staffs were very welcoming and guided us and took the car details for the parking and handed over the room keys.There was enough parking available and this Travelodge  is very close (just few steps) to 
Greg,M&S,Costa so we had our breakfast from there. Rooms were well maintained and clean  better than expected.Bed covers to the curtain blinds were clean and neat.Toilets was very clean,which would a major concern when people travel and book hotels.They were super clean So loved the stay and look forward to book again when we travel .There was no noise from inside or outside .Had a good sleep.Overall very much satisfied.

Ideal Place to Rest .

Fine for a quick stop over from Scotland fair price nice. And quite it does what it says on the tin better than paying nearly 100 would definitely stop here again staff was helpful loads to do in the service station dead handy for breakfast 

M6 stay

Nothing could be faulted. The value for money was exceptional. I cannot believe people who leave poor reports, there was nothing to complain about. Convenient location to break long journeys, clean and welcoming. Thank you 

GREAT SERVICE GREAT VALUE

Lovely staff, very welcoming, beds were very comfortable and the Internet and heating worked as it should. Very quiet which is what we wanted. Very comfortable sleep. It was also close to where we needs to be so it was ideal for us. Will definitely stay again. 

Pleasant stay

The hotel was absolutely stinking. The upstairs corridor was like stale piss smell. This place should be shut down and all interior pulled out. The smell was that strong I had to hold my breath until I got to my room. When I arrived there was a queue of people awaiting to be let in the property receptionist must have been away sleeping. I drove all the way back to Aberdeen next day and my clothes were still smelling of the place. I paid £47pn for each room and for 3 days beforehand stayed in another travelodge for £23pn which was spotless. If this was my company cleaners would be sacked immediately as there isn’t or limited cleaning getting done. 

Stay away from this place it smells 

Although our room was perfectly acceptable the overall state of the hotel was in need of some Tender Loving Care. The woodwork was peeling paint and obviously hadn't been near a paint brush in years. Make sure you read the driving instructions sent to you otherwise you could end up on a wild goose chase up and down the M6! As has become usual the staff make this brand of hotel, always polite and helpful.

Really Good 😊

Clean, quiet and ideal for a one night stay over. Decent bed with Tv and clean bathroom - couldnt fault it. Food available next door in m/s, greggs uf required. Ideal for north or south bound journeys. 

Ideal for quick stayover

Its a motorway stopover so didnt expect the ritz. 1st room strong smell of BO. Asked for another  2nd room window wide open. Freezing out so was very cold.. Staff great. Only paid £28 so took it on the chin. Soon warmed up. There is traffic noise. Next to motorway so expected it..I would stay again at that price...

Overnight stop

Lip at entrance, Makes it difficult for electric wheelchairs to get in, Asked for ramp but did not have one. Be warned no electric sockets by beds. The doors internal doors make it difficult for wheelchairs to manoevere.
