Don't know where to begin telling just how fantastic this B&B indeed this accommodation far exceeds practically all hotels we've stayed in. 
Tracey and Gerry are incredible hosts. 
Comfort and cleanliness all 5star

One of the best B&Bs we have stayed in - 5 star all the way. The room was so comfortable and everything had been thought of, from 
bathrobes to a stocked mini fridge, to top end fixtures & furnishings. We were greeted by Jerry on arrival and offered tea/coffee in the conservatory, with brownies. Relaxing way to start the stay. After a great night’s sleep and an amazing breakfast (I had scrambled egg and smoked salmon for the cooked part), we left feeling very refreshed. Would highly recommend - both Jerry and Tracy epitomise hospitality at its best. They are there for their guests, without being intrusive.

Exceeds expectations

We booked the Roseville as we were going to the races, it’s a great location for Chester, or Wales.
Tracy and Jerry greeted  us at the door what a wonderful couple. The B&B is lovely, the rooms are very spacious  lovely and clean and the en suit was a full big bathroom , walk in shower and bath.
WOW!!! the breakfast !  there was everything you could imagine, full English to fresh fruit salad.. In the room not just the basic tea and coffee, but choc biscuits, kitkat’s ,fresh apples even a bowl of mints by the bedside, & to drink a bottle of white wine a bottle of red wine or maybe you would just like a J2O…  We would highly recommend. 

Day at the races

We visited Chester for the weekend with our 2 grandsons and stayed at Roseville for a night.
Tracy and Jerry were the perfect hosts. 
Drinks and cakes on arrival and sat in the beautiful conservatory. There is a large garden and patio area. The rooms were beautifully laid out with a fridge and complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks. A kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. The children had their own room.  Breakfast was amazing Tracy even catered for me gluten and dairy free items. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

Stayed here with a friend for one night in May. Tracy and Jerry were fantastic hosts, there was excellent communication before our arrival and when we did arrive (a little later than expected due to traffic) we were provided with tea and cake and were just able to sit down and relax as if it were our own home. There is a beautiful garden at the back to sit in on a nice day and the house is lovely.

Nothing was too much trouble, there were complementary drinks and snacks in the room and the breakfast was amazing, much better quality than in many hotels. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I visit Chester again it would be my first choice!

Best B & B by far

Spent 3 nights at this lovely B&B, which actually feels more like a small boutique style Hotel.
Tracey and Jerry are perfect hosts and have really thought of every little detail to make for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. 
Cannot fault a single thing - exceptional and will definitely return!

Really first class B&B!

I always do a lot of research before I book anywhere to stay and this was no exception.  We were not disappointed! We have just returned home after a visit over the Bank Holiday. 

Tracy and Jerry are perfect hosts; very friendly and informative, but not obtrusive in any way. Willow their Labrador is gorgeous and friendly too. 

We booked at short notice through Expedia for 2 nights in the Rosepetal Suite, but just used the Rosepetal Room as there were only two of us, so didn’t use the additional room with two single beds. We had exclusive use of a bathroom across the landing, which had everything you could wish for in it, including bathrobes, which came in handy, as I forgot to take mine!  We used the bath and shower and both were great. This B&B provides a lot more than you would normally expect, including shampoo, shower gel and shower caps (apologies if I have missed anything).

I wouldn’t normally book anywhere that isn’t en-suite, but this worked out fine. Everyone else in the house is en-suite, so you are unlikely to meet anyone during a visit to the bathroom. 

The bedroom was lovely., with a really comfortable King Sized bed, a hair dryer, a kettle (with every type of drink you may want)  and a counter top fridge (containing complementary  Milk, White Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks).  Red wine, drinking water and fruit cordial were also provided.  Absolutely everything you could need was thought of, including an electric fan which was in the cupboard. 

On arrival we were offered tea/coffee and cake in the Conservatory, which was very much appreciated. 

Breakfast is a real feast with pretty much anything you could wish for being on offer. The chopped fresh fruit was really delicious and the cooked breakfast was 5* and definitely the least greasy I have ever tasted anywhere. 

We left the car at Roseville and walked to Chester from the B&B along a disused railway line, which was an easy, very pleasant and flat walk, on a tarmac surface and took around 50 mins.   We walked back too, but along the road side, which was also an easy walk. 

If you are not very mobile, or don’t wish to drive, then you would probably want to be situated closer to the centre of Chester, but we really loved it here.  It was so peaceful  and in such gorgeous surroundings.

Exceptional B&B within walking distance of the centre of Chester

My partner and I were away for the weekend visiting Chester, so we decided to stay at the B&B with it being within 10 minutes of the city centre. It was simply stunning. Our hosts Jerry and Tracy were lovely, from the get go they gave us a warm, friendly welcome, showing us around their beautiful home and showing us to our room. 

Their attention to detail was impeccable, from the initial text message we received when booking the room, to the complimentary bottles of wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks in our room, to the whole welcoming and ecclectic vibe of the house itself, we didnt want to leave. This was along with recommending us local places to see and providing us with details of local taxi services sets roseville apart from other chain hotels and bnbs.

Very clean and presentable rooms, access to our own bathroom with fresh towels and robes provided. The breakfast was delicious also, with their being a selection of a continental style breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Followed by several cooked options, of which myself and my partner had the full English breakfast. This was delicious, with the added bonus of all ingredients being locally sourced.

All in all we enjoyed our stay to say the least! Jerry and Tracy were great hosts and we shall be back in the future to book with them again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Gorgeous B&B

I found Rose Ville B&B on trip adviser as I needed somewhere to stay overnight in my golf trip. All other hotels were either booked up or (in my view) overpriced for what they were offering. Rose Ville did not disappoint. I was greeted by Tracy with a welcoming smile and handshake and Willow the dog. The accommodation was outstanding high quality and totally 5 star. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if you are looking to get away from the standardised approach of the big hotels. It’s set in a lovely quiet street and only a shot hop from Chester town centre. The breakfast was awesome cooked by Jerry who makes a mean full English. If you want some where quiet to stay in 5 star luxury then Rose Ville is the place to go. I’ll certainly add it to my favourites for when I’m next in the area.

Overnight stay at Rose Ville B&B Chester.

An  absolutely adorable place to stay, from the start we were warmly greeted by Jerry who showed us our room. Our Double room -En-suite has to be the most comfortable room I have stayed in. The attention to detail is very impressive lots of little surprises and touches that make you feel like a VIP, I won’t share on here as would not want to spoil the surprise but believe me you will love them. Tracy has just cooked us the most delicious breakfast, what a great start to our day. I am absolutely blown away this this Jewel of a place. This will now be our place to stay when we return to Chester.
