Have used this Premier Inn a number of times.  It is really well situated, being near Mudeford and Christchurch.  It has a good restaurant and is within a 5 min walk to a KFC , Sainsbury' s and a garden centre with a nice café.  The rooms are nice and quiet and the bed is incredibly comfortable ( next time I change my bed I am buying one!).  Definitely will be coming again.

Excellent stay at reasonable price

Good breakfast, children welcome in the restaurant. Brilliant location. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Inexpensive rates. 

Dirty carpets in the bedroom (the children's socks were very quickly mucky after being in the room for a short time), mould in the bathrooms, flaking paint, hair in the bathroom, overpowering smell of air freshener in the room that was present for the entire stay. Lots of late night noise from the room above. I did not report the noise as the children were sleeping and I was travelling alone with them and chose not to wake them/leave the unattended. I also did not raise the state of the room as the entire premises appeared tired and I suspected other rooms would be in a similar condition.

One night stay

We always stay at a premier inn as they are usually very clean, comfortable and affordable. This time we were very dissapointed. The carpet in the room was stained. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet leaked and the shower curtain was so long that it was a hazard. The breakfast was cold and unappealing. The check-in was also a joke. They would not let anyone check in before 3pm (it was 2.40 on Christmas Eve and the rooms were ready). By 3pm there was a queue going out of the door so took ages to check-in.

Christmas break

The best thing about Premier Inn is the reliability of experience no matter where you stay. Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable bed but basic. The only comment about this hotel is that it is rather tired and needs a bit of a face lift. 

Convenient and as expected

Worst ever Premier Inn. Just checked in Xmas Eve for 2 night stay and supposed to have a 'Family Room' but basically a double with 2 kids beds rammed in. No room to swing a cat. Absolute joke. Communal areas run down too. Stay at a lot of Premier Inns but very, very disappointed this time.

Very disappointing 'family room'

It took 3 attempts to get a room that was ok to stay in, the first room stank of damp and had no heating.  The second room had a ceiling covered in black mould, a heater that made so much noise we couldn't sleep and the laundry delivery lorry was outside and incredibly noisy from 4.45am to 5.45am.  The third room was satisfactory but not brilliant in any way. 

Disappointing stay

friendly staff, good service, comfortable room. We visit here regularly as we love the area and meet up with friends and family. I met my husband in Mudefored over 40 years ago and got married in the local churh. The area brings back alot of good memories. 

Wonderful night away

The location of this hotel was easy to find.There was plenty of car parking spaces. 
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything needed for our stay.we had there breakfast and you will not be disappointed, everything you will need..


Fantastic

We’ve stayed at the Premier Inn Christchurch East a few times now and have never been disappointed. The reception staff were super friendly and nothing too much trouble. The room was faultless, bed was really comfy and the tea/coffee facilities were great to have.

The hotel location is ideal for visiting Mudeford and also easy access to Bournemouth. Ample car parking which is great. We ate at the adjoining Beefeater, great food.

Overall, a great hotel, conveniently located and very welcoming front desk staff, especially Ale who greeted us on check in. 

We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the south coast.

Excellent hotel!

This was our first visit to Christchurch East, although we have staying in many Premier Inns.
This was is an older hotel but our room looked to have been refurbished as it was in really good condition.
The location was good for us as we planned to spend our days out walking along the various beaches. It was handy for buses and easy to find.
The hotel and the staff were all up to the standard we've come to expect from Premier Inn. Check-in was easy and all the staff were friendly.
