We made a telephone booking on 26 March - 28 March assisted on the phone by the receptionist at Farnham Hotel as central reservations were not picking up calls . We were to attend a family wedding locally. On Arrival the room allocated was a Disabled Access room the only one available which smelt musty , the bed bed was extremely  low and the room and bed looked  looked worn out , the room was grubby and looked like a hostel ,  we immediately went to reception and complained and was told there were no other rooms available so decided to check out , we were told to call 033330030025 , on calling we were told we would not be refunded the £268.90 that we had paid as we had choose the inflexible option i explained that was the option we were given and that we were not informed this meant we had no refund option regardless of the circumstance. We are expected to loose out money and just accept it due to their policies, no compromise no offer of refunding the 2nd night , a flat refusal ! Never  stay in premier Inn . Check before you sign in .

The worst experience ever!

Amazing room for the price. Very clean and spacious. Service was wonderful from Josh at the reception desk. Lunch and dinner at the Beefeater was very good with great service from Cameron. The breakfast the nest day was awful. Very poor quality produce. Apart from that an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing value for money

I have been staying at this hotel in Farnham for over 6 years every year for a trade show. Over the years it has become harder and harder to reach staff at the hotel. This year it was nigh on impossible. No response to several emails. Phone calls go unanswered no matter how long you let it ring. 

Finally DM'd instagram account and get a reply days later - only for my room location request to be completely ignored on arrival.

I know it is a budget hotel, but this is pretty extreme.

Impossible to reach hotel

I'm quite happy I chose this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I was even given some recommendations. The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive to our requests.  I would definitely return and recommend others to stay as well.

Delightful stay!

Had the best sleep, clean room, and great service. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. I'm happy that everything was easy and it wasn't a hassle. The lady at the counter was very friendly, even though I asked too many questions as it was my first time in the area.

Great service and clean room

It was a cold February day, but presumably for cost-control measures the heating in the room was set at a pretty chilly level and not able to be changed by the occupier. No matter what you pressed, it stayed the same. 

Sitting in a room at 6.30pm with your coat on as it is so cold is not very Premier Plus, which the room was supposed to be. I gave up by seven and got in bed to be warm under the duvet.

And then joy of joys, in the morning, no hot water at all so waking up to a cold room, and a stone-cold shower.

Cold, that’s the memory, cold.

Looking for accommodation near to the centre of Farnham to join the party for my sons 40th birthday celebration. The Premier Inn was excellent for location and value for money. A short walk into town and the rooms booked for myself and family were clean, comfortable and provided with all necessary facilities. Easy to access from the main road and parking very adequate.

as always, Premier lived up to expectations.  nothing negative.  all good.  we checked in quite late, and staff were there - we feared an automatic machine, so that was a good start.  No need for a wifi code - but we didn't know this - maybe it wasn't clear - so we wasted a few minutes trying to find code

The hotel was of usual good standard, though at £75 was not the usual bargain price.
The bolt on restaurant,  a beefeater,  had a particular melt down on the nightv we visited  and was an atypical disaster. As both seem viewed together that is responsible for the loss of two stars in the rating

Great hotel terrible Beefeater

Excellent hotel, helpful staff- convenient location too, large car park. Close to everything you need. Very new, very clean rooms and quiet location. The attached Beefeater is convenient for a quick meal / breakfast. Very good value too.
