I had the double room and ensuite bathroom all to myself and I couldn't have wanted more. The room was cosy, the bed super comfy, linen and towels of good quality. The hosts had thought of everything one might need. The "added extras" was the care shown to me, as I was ill at the time and Gina offered to fetch some medication should I need it. I left two days later on a day the trains were striking. Gina went out of her way to take me to my destination which was fortunately nearby. She went above and beyond the expectations of a BnB host. 

Highly recommend this BnB and the hosts

In 100% honesty, no exaggeration in the slightest, our experience could not have been better. 
From the minute we arrived, which was actually later than what we had originally expected due to traffic, we were greeted with a parking spot, warm hello and a very cute and friendly dog called Ivy. 
Our room was beyond perfect, there were croissants, fresh milk and orange juice, cereal, bread, biscuits, waffles, tea, coffee, yogurts and more! The room was very clean, the beds were too comfy to get out of in the morning. Me and my friend were lying across the room in our beds simply not wanting to move. The layout of the building is lovely as the rooms are downstairs with a separate entrance.
Our breakfast was restocked for each morning and fresh towels were left for us too (very big ones at that). 
To top it all, we were given a bottle of wine by the host when our friends came in between brunch and bars, which was such a lovely touch. We were given brunch recommendations and directions, there was fresh water and a clean bathroom. 
I simply could go on forever about how wonderful the experience was and can’t recommend it enough.  It was more than just a nice room to stay in, it was made a really lovely experience by the bnb hosts. 
I have never been to Guildford before, but my friend had previously stayed in a hotel and she says she wishes she had known of this place last time! 
We will without a doubt come back! 
(I have probably missed out other great things, but long review short; there was absolutely no complaints).

I spent the most wonderful time here. They treated me like family. My room was really nice and clean and the service was just perfect. 
 Gina was incredibly nice to me. I’ll never forget her. Thank you so much for everything.

Feeling right at home

I had a wonderful stay at 12 Addison road B'n B. Both Gina and John went above and beyond in their hospitality, with John offering to give my mum and I, a lift for the charity walk starting at sunrise. Gina was super friendly and very approachable and was happy to keep our luggage after check-out.
The facilities were fantastic. Comfy and clean bed, great shower and all the essentials you could desire, including a TV, small fridge and everything you need for breakfast! 
It's an ideal location if you want to be near the high street too.
Highly recommend visiting the Spike, which is filled with history and interesting facts about the local area.

I couldn't ask for a better accommodation, it felt so homely with a lovely welcoming vibe.  Highly recommend!!

Amazing owners, great location and so cozy!

First impressions: I was guided to a place a couple of hundred yards away where I could park my car, free and safe, for the duration of my stay - and parking is a nightmare in Guildford.

Next: I was plied with coffee and white wine, and in no time I felt I had known the family for years. My room was decently sized, with a brilliant bed. No bath, but the en suite included a very good shower. There was also a fridge, with milk and juice, and a toaster with bread, butter and jam. Plates and cutlery, too.

Breakfast was superb and cooked to order, and after that I was driven to the cricket match on the other side of town, which was the reason for my visit.

When I finally checked out, I was driven to pick up my car. All this makes Addison B&B possibly the best in the world! Okay, it was a bit chaotic, and certainly not formal. Absolutely my sort of place, just like home.

Home from home

Very welcoming family, included us in many of their outings and also were very friendly. Rooms and clean and tidy and there is everything you need in them! Beautiful cooked breakfast in the morning of our last day. Sad to leave but I'll be making sure to stay again!
