We stayed at The Arc for two nights midweek whilst in Harrogate for an event at the Convention Centre which is directly opposite. We had an excellent stay, communication with Kim was very good and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had everything we needed and the pressure in the shower was really strong which is important to us. Parking was nearby on the street with parking vouchers provided free of charge. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Harrogate. 

Great place to stay in Harrogate

The place had recently been refurbished and was lovely clearly done to a high standard. Our room was nice and the en-suite as good with the shower being easy to turn on and up / down. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable with very clean linen and towels . 
In the room was tea coffee milk . 
The Arc was opposite the conference centre and was within easy walking distance to the main centre of Harrogate. Breakfast was available should you choose . The hotel was quiet and relaxing 
Parking was by permit provided by the host 
Kim who runs the place was lovely and welcoming . We would definitely stay there again 

Weekend break away perfect location 

What a lovely little hotel in the centre of Harrogate, close to the Conference Centre within short walking distance of the shops. My single room, although small, was scrupulously clean, had all the facilities I needed, and made great use of space. Staff were so friendly and amenable. Would definately recommend.

Wonderful!

Small compact room, ideal for match day, short stays! Staff friendly. Unfortunately abit out from the city so Ubers back & forth. Walls are think.. so if your a light sleeper it might not be ideal (as you can hear everything) showers take awhile to heat up, kettle & condiments available in room.

Short & sweet

I really did fall lucky here. I was looking for accommodation whilst I worked at the Convention Centre for 3 days. Arc is literally across the road! Kim keeps an immaculate place and nothing is too much trouble. A truly wonderful stay. See you next year Kim?!

Absolutely great place to stay!

Immaculate from top to bottom. Kim and Jamie put every effort into making our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect and the rooms are absolutely spotless. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Fabulous place

It was our first time visiting Harrogate and we decided to stay here.

Kim was very helpful and we appreciated the text before arrival and her being able to accommodate us and have the room ready, despite us arriving at around 11am, 3 hours before check in.

The parking on the adjacent street was nearby and Kim provided us with the relevant parking disc/pass to display.

We stayed in Room 8 which was really nice and a good size for me and my partner.  The free water bottles, selection of tea,coffee,mini chocolates and shampoo etc were also a nice touch.  Also easy to use the wifi and hotel amenities.  Breakfast could be added as extra but we did not opt for this.  

Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and great location

We had a nice two night stay here. Kim was lovely and  helpful and we found the dining area very tastefully decorated.  We thought our room was nice & clean, but a little tired. We're sure Kim will be on to this when she gets chance as she seemed extremely busy and it's hard to up-date when all rooms are occupied continuously.  Fantastic proximity to the convention centre which was great for us as we were attending an exhibition and a concert.

A very friendly warm welcome from Kim and her team. 
Rooms were well thought out, comfortable, warm, clean and had every comfort.
Located very centrally within easy walking distance to amenities.
Great breakfats, wide choice, beautifully cooked to order all with warm friendly service

Friendly, welcoming great value

Stayed for a couple of nights with friends. Kim could not have been more helpful to make our stay a pleasurable experience. Very nice hotel, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Handy location close to town centre and great restaurants. Free on road car parking vouchers a nice bonus, as was a good quality breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when in Harrogate.
