Rooms are clean and tidy. We were at the rear of the hotel so very quiet which wS good as we had a flight the next day.

Good nights sleep at Premier Inn Redhill/reigate

Despite the buildings age, it has the newer style rooms, great parking and a decent size restaurant (a beefeater, my personal favourite). The only reason I’m knocking a point off is because of the windows. I have seen this mentioned in many other reviews of this hotel, but due to how old the building is (atleast over 100 years old, looks like some kind of mill?) the windows do not close as they are very old (yes I have used that word a lot I know), windows which according to the staff, are grade-2 listed so cannot be replaced no matter how many complaints are received. Don’t think it affected my stay massively, but was a bit annoying. One thing to note is that the corridors must be on a slope, as every few rooms or so, there a 2-3 steps, rather than one long corridor. (Shouldn’t be a problem for those who have booked a disabled room as they were right at the start of the corridor, step-free.) There were also batteries missing from my remote for the tv, but it’s not fair to mark the hotel down on that as that is clearly the fault of a battery theif. To end on a positive note, however, the bathroom had a rainfall shower, something only usually available in premier plus rooms, so that was a nice little bonus. I stayed here to visit the nearby Chessington theme park, and overall, it was a great night stay with a delicious breakfast. Good hotel! 👍🏼

Great hotel in an old building.

Only 15 mins by car from Gatwick airport by car and a 1/3 the price of the premier inns nearest to the airport. As you would expect from this hotel chain. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Highly recommended if departing from Gatwick

After a 10 hour flight delay I arrived at Gatwick at midnight exhausted.  The hotel is located very close by and once I arrived at the hotel there was a fault with my car and I was unable to close the boot and lock the car.  The breakdown service was unable to come until 4am.  I’d like to make a special thank you to Uldis on reception.  He was so kind and told me to park the car outside his reception where he could keep watch on it and to go to sleep and he would deal with the breakdown people when they arrived.  Later he sent me a message telling me he had fixed the problem for me.  I was so grateful for his help and I managed to get some sleep as I had a long drive the next day.  Thank you Uldis.

Excellent service

Really convenient location for LGW.

Quiet, comfortable rooms with lots of free, on site parking. Has a restaurant on site (though we didn't use on this trip). 

Will use again as an LGW pre stay (combined with Meet and Greet parking at the airport - though you will have to book separately).

Comfy beds.We all had a good night sleep.
Although the roo. Was a quite warm we were offered sheets instead of quilts and  we used the fan provided .
Would stay here again travelling to the airport was quick and easy 

Comfortable stay 

My advice until Premier Inn Reigate do something about this property and its service I would advise booking somewhere else. If you are forced to stay here for whatever reason take cleaning wipes, ear plugs, face mask and do not eat the food.

Looked ok from the outside and on the website, but . . .

Changed from our usual hotel for an overnighter before flying out, because of the introduction of ULEZ. This was perfect, off the M25 and 15mins from the airport. Hotel ideally located. Free car parking and a pub restaurant on site. No brainer.

Gatwick Beckons without ULEZ fee

Stayed as it was close to Gatwick Airport. We have stayed at many Premier Inn hotels and usually very good.This hotel was very dated and extremely hotel and uncomfortable. Pub was also dated attached.

Dated hotel

The place needs condemning and bulldozing. Receptionist inaudible and eating his dinner, we had to wait while he came out of the back room chewing. The hottest day of the year and no air conditioning, no air movement, stinking hot corridors and no lift. No wonder the staff were struggling. I wouldn't feed my dog in The Mill House Beefeater. The place is filthy, grim, gloomy beyond compare, we were told the outside area had been condemned so couldn't eat there. The continental breakfast was lifeless, watered down, limp and inedible. The worst experience of a Premier Inn stay ever. Close it down.
