Wouldn’t call it a hotel it’s more of a dump for chavs, druggies and thugs.
Main hotel door wasn’t closed all night, chav clubland music till 1am bouncing of the floors, bed broken. Someone got arrested outside, broken glasses in plant pots, pubes in shower, holes in bed sheets. Shower head covered in mould. No one at reception on check out obviously on a come down in bed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unless you’re after a fiver deal.

Biggest dump

It's actually the cheapest place in the whole area, I would rate the accommodation as average, you shouldn't expect much. What's great is the price and the location, it's a two-minute walk to the beach and also in the center, and you can park behind the house for free. If you want to relax, I won't recommend, down there's a bar and the party lasts until about 1:00.

This place is an absolute disgrace!!! Would avoid completely. Have a family member who worked here and the things they told me were shocking. Feel sorry for any previous workers as the manager really needs to learn how to run a business properly. 

Absolutely shocking!!!

I'm not normally one to write a review, but sometimes needs must. Stayed 3 nights from the 24th July. Checked in and shown to bedroom. Told the window pane had been damaged by the previous guests, but would be repaired the next  day - not done. Bedside light bulb missing - replaced and 2 out of 3 lights out in the bathroom -  not fixed. Bedroom door wasn't self closing, due to a loose upper hinge - not repaired. Went out the following day and returned to find the bed not made and bins not emptied. On closer inspection noted it was probably some time since the bathroom and bedroom had been properly cleaned and so it goes on. There for 3 nights and never heard a vacuum cleaner once. Spoke to the owner a few times and everything was on a to do list. Seemed to have his buddies round each night in the bar. Surely if you take over a business you do things right first time before you open up. Maybe I'm just old fashioned!

Could do much better.

One of the saddest places I've ever stayed, including campgrounds. It's a pub that also serves as a restaurant and inn. The room was spacious and the pub beer was good. With this I finished the positive aspects. The squalor room where everything was missing, including the towels that were brought to us in small numbers and repeatedly (we were traveling as a family, four people). The uncomfortable and sidewalk beds. The window with a broken glass covered with a cardboard. The boiler without cups of tea or coffee. The door of the room that could not be opened or closed.

Bad experience

Food is terrible, all bought in from farmfoods.
Ive had better at the food kitchen in Edinburgh.
Honestly, its dire. There are better places to eat for same price. Felt so sorry for the wee waiter. Tried his best. 

Would give it nil points

Place is a shambles lying to health inspectors about problems that have been fixed but clearly haven’t manager pays all staff 1/2 weeks late also threatens parents for questioning about there wage avoid this place absolute dive
