I stayed there for the full week and the stuff and food was amazing. 
 I would like to especially give a special shout to Sarah K. and Kia for there hard word and dedication to premier Inn for always giving 110% with the customer service and happy greetings every time I enter the property ! Also would recommend the brownie, thankyou again Tom

Week business stay

Emma, Sarah K, Kia, Merlyn and Millie have been amazing over the few days I've stayed here. Excellent service by everyone even while kia was was dealing with a very rude customer. She handled him brilliantly and professionally even though he was rude and obnoxious. Emma, merlyn and millie was just as good. Couldn't ask for better waiters!
They all need a raise for the people they have to deal with.

Very good service, Emma and Merlyn were very kind and always  wiling to help with a smile in their face. The food and drinks were great. The room was very clean and comfy. This is our second time and it was still amazing, would definitely come back again.

Dinner

Our stay at the premiur in has been very nice. The room was very neat and the beds were very comfortable. The food was very good and we did not have to wait long at all. We also had a lovely waitress named Merlyn who was very polite, friendly and very kind.

Our experience was very lovely

The standard of Premier Inns has definitely fallen if this is anything to go by. When I stayed at Premier Inns previously I would have rated them as a good budget hotel, better than Travelodge but obviously costing more. Now,  I would assess them as about the same as Travelodge but still costing a lot more. The car parking was free and readily available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recently stayed at a Best Western Hotel and it would be better to say that the staff at Premier Inn were doing their job but the staff at Best Western were outstanding. The room was clean. not as quiet as it could have been and fairly basic but the wi-fi was dreadful and very slow. The bed wasn't great and not like they used to be. To actually get the heater to proved warm air, rather than cold, you have to ask at Reception but they immediately sorted it out when you did and were very helpful.
The meal deal is best avoided as it is not value for money. You can have anything from the menu providing you want the cheapest items. If you want anything else, you have to pay more for it and any extras you also have to pay for, like a sauce for your steak or to have a steak in the first place. You only get a choice of the cheapest drinks and anything else you have to pay more for so not really a great deal. The food at dinner was good but we had to pay extra for all of it. Breakfast was dreadful and not worth paying anything for. The food was badly cooked, either over-cooked or half raw, cold and the eggs were just cold and greasy. Everything was obviously from the cheapest catering supplier they could find, badly cooked, cold and unpleasant, especially the eggs and the sausages. The coffee was the cheapest available and lacked taste, again just the cheapest catering supplier option. It would have been better to have just bought dinner which would have been cheaper than the meal deal and gone to McDonalds, or probably anyhwere else, for breakfast. No-where near as good as breakfast at Best Western or Holiday Inn Express which obvioulsy used quality ingredients and were well cooked.
The experience has made me question whether I would stay at a Premier Inn again as they are very obviously not what they were and there is very little that is "Premier" about them. The quality has gone but the price has increased and the meal deal isn't a deal at all but a rip-off.

Great service in the restaurant

As Lenny Henry says, great value for money and the room is great.
However, well under strafed, long wait for dinner and to be honest nobody in the restaurant appeared bothered about the wait!!  Food was sort of OK but many choices were 'Off the Menu'. Why?

Oh dear! Not what Lenny promotes!!

Greeted by friendly reception staff, although no one was wearing a name badge, so couldn't say who they were. Room was spotless, well done to housekeeping, couldn't fault the room at all. We didn't have evening meal but ate breakfast on both mornings. Staff were very pleasant especially Merlin, I think her name was, she was so attentive yet not in your face, she was greeting guests with a smile, and having a little chat with everyone. She was the only one during our stay that actually had her name badge on. I work for Premier in and so know what to look for. If I had any criticism it would be the layout of breakfast service, the toasters were in a separate room with no plates, butter or jams etc next to them and you have to go through the doors to the buffet area to get them, not a big problem more an inconvenience and the juice glasses were smeared, not dirty it looked like the glass wash wasn't rinsing properly. Over all we had a very good stay and would definitely stay again. There's plenty to do in the area just outside with a shopping outlet on the doorstep.

Great stay

Icia was very helpful and polite l. She sorted out my inquiries in a very timely manner and her helpful nature was a delight. The service she provide was of a high calibre. Thank you again for all you have done.
