Service was awful, staff in restaurant were rude,  Food was awful, fire alarms went off at 1am. no Apology was offered and there was no mention of their good nights sleep policy.  The queue in the evening was about 15minutes.  Breakfast at 7.15am was cold already.

Do Not Stay Here

A very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Best Premier Inn I've stayed in,  over many I've stayed in previously. The surrounding area is very quiet with very little traffic noise. Breakfast is cooked perfectly and to order.

Great place to stay

Stayed at Leybourne overnight as a brief pit stop and was really impressed. Very clean with the most helpful staff. Greeted by a really friendly welcome and they couldn’t do enough for us. Will be returning when back in the area.

Leisure stop

The staff at this Premier Inn were nice and helpful. I liked the fact that I could obtain extra coffee/tea/sugar milk from there. 
The room itself was adequate with 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel provided. The pillows provided were hard with no other pillows present. The bath was very high to step into. The chair provided was stained which wasn't very impressive. As others have stated, the room was very hot with no air con. We did have a fan which we placed at the end of the bed which kept us relatively cool through the night. The hotel could do with some tlc as it is looking a little tired. (no where near as tired as the Brewers Fayre)
The car park, directly under the hotel was very noisy on both mornings. Not the best Premier Inn we've stayed in but OK.

We frequently stay at this Premier Inn when visiting family nearby. This trip was to attend a funeral and everyone who we interacted with was so amazing and went out of their way to help us. 
I asked to switch to their quietest room and not only did the staff say yes, they offered to help us move all our things, and left a card and gift in the new room for us. My son loved the dinosaur scratch book and it was just so kind!
Then we needed to check out late this morning and get the upgraded internet for a work meeting I couldn’t miss, and again everyone did everything they could to help, and make the visit as smooth as possible. 
It made such a difference to be staying somewhere where people don’t just do their jobs well, but are fantastic human beings who care about the people who visit. 
And of course, everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fab as always. 
Highly recommended.

Amazing people work here

Two minutes from the exit of the A20 motorway, easy to find, quiet, clean with a welcoming staff, this is an ideal step if the road is long.

Clean, calm, perfect step

I would keep the hotel noisy but friendly staff and arranging average cleanliness near the eurotunnel convenient about 1/2 h 3/4 h large parking and restaurant accole has the hotel place near the highway

For a stop.

Unfortunately, I had to take the hotel because there was nothing else nearby. But one thing to say, the condition is more like containers. Critical points: 1. WLAN is very poor and is more like 56k modem times. If you're using it faster you need to loosen up 5 pounds. 2. Breakfast costs also 9 pounds extra and is not included in a 78-pound room price. 3. Room is very warm and located directly on the street.

We had a bad meal and a very dirty room, which led us to have breakfast at another Premiere Inn nearby where it was very good as usual.
