This was a last minute booking and WOW what a surprise 

From getting the key with the key code and going into the hallway up to the room - everything worked like clock work

Location was great for visiting the beach and mooching around  Littlehampton 

The room was FANTASTIC- very tastefully done - the bed was sooo comfy and bathroom had the  wow factor 

Everything was immaculate - I couldn’t fault anything from the decor to the cleaning 

The only thing missing if you were staying for longer than 1 or 2 nights was a small fridge

Would definitely recommend and would definitely do a return visit

Last minute booking and WOW

We were very lucky to get this room last minute to escape for a weekend at the beach. We had room 9 on the top floor and couldn’t be happier. Comfy bed, great shower, all the mod cons as well as a sofa and table and chairs made for a very pleasant stay. Even though we were on the top floor on a very hot weekend, a fan was provided which gave much needed relief. There was good range of snacks and hot drink options provided which were appreciated. 
The location could not be more ideal…5 mins from the beach as well as close to the town amenities!
Couldn’t recommend enough and would stay again in an instant!

Great stay! You won’t be disappointed!

We had Regency Rooms Littlehampton as homebase for the Festival of Speed. Good Choice! Nice and super tidy room, invisible friendly service. Many fresh towels, coffee, tea, snacks. The rooms are close to the Waterfront and to the city center. Good meals, big Lidl, parking lot, everything is just around the corner. Top bathroom, TV, free WiFi, good road to Arundel. Big pebble beach 3 Minutes across the Park. Good price for nice accommodation, enough information in advance. Recommended for repeat.

Homebase for Goodwood FoS

A lovely 5 nights in room six at the Regency Rooms. Wonderful balcony with a view over the boating lake and the sea beyond. A 5-10 minute walk from everything in Littlehampton. We did some good walks to the east and the west of the main beach area. The room had everything we needed and more, beautiful linen and towels, snacks and hot drinks provided. Got a parking space outside easily.

Highly recommend

We arrived on what felt like the hottest day ever! We were slightly early but were welcomed and given keys to get in a little later as room was being cleaned by lovely owner. When we did get into room 1… what a relief, it was cool airy and refreshing. The fact we were in the lowest part of the house certainly helped us cope with the really hot weather! The room offered all we could ask for! Some interesting quirky touches, two different weights of duvet, comfy bed and chairs and a bright and well stocked bathroom. Towels were soft and there were plenty of them. Slippers provided and a few little bits of bathroom essentials! A wonderfully varied selection of tea coffee and goodies which was replenished everyday. Little touches such as wine glasses and decent sized mugs along with a plastic jug to fill the kettle as the sink is fairly shallow show the thought the owners have gone to! The room was brilliantly clean, serviced daily and fresh towels given for our final night even though we would have managed without. 
A great stay and we will return.

Post lockdown visit  to catch up with family

I'd enjoyed my previous stay and as there is still a need to stay safe it seemed the perfect place for a breath of sea air and a chance to visit the lovely gardens in the area.  My room was clean, very comfortable and well supplied with tea, coffee, milk and there were wine glasses & a bottle opener.  I was lucky and found parking easily.  The shower was very simple to use, water was lovely & hot and the towels were soft & large.  There are no public areas or reception but the owners were easy to get hold of if there was a problem - not that I had any!

My second visit - so must be good

Stayed for 2 nights while working on the area. I arrived late and very tired to be suprised by the size and space of my room. For just me there was everything i needed for 2 nights. The hotel is very accessible with very good priced carparks nearby (free at night) and the beach a 2 min walk dead ahead.

The room was comfortable, warm and relaxing allowing me to just chill after a day working in the soaking rain and then get a good nights sleep after.

Bathroom was eco-friendly and perfect for what i needed. Had a friendly spider in corner but that doesnt bother me. Will look to book this place again when needed in south coast.

Great place to relax and unwind

My sister has health problems but the sea air helps her so after quite a bit of research I chose the Regency Rooms for a short summer break.  Picking up the room keys was easy as we'd been emailed all the details we needed.  The rooms were very clean and exceptionally well stocked - not often you get a corkscrew & bottle open in with a large selection of tea & plenty of coffee.  The bathroom was spotless, modern & well stocked with 'bits & bobs' that might me needed.  The owner was easily reached by phone but also popped up (at a distance) to check we had everything we needed.  The stairs are steep but mu sister had a large ground floor room with a large bay window.  She didn't suffer from traffic noise as the road just goes to the beach, river & is then a pedestrian area only, which has a good supply of café, restaurant and chip shops.  The town centre and train station were only a few minutes walk.  We took the train to Chichester for the day - much more relaxing than having to drive.  There's a large car park opposite the Regency - chargeable between 8am & 6pm.  I used it when I first arrived as there were no spaces in the road but I found a gap in the evening & left the car there for the rest of our time there.  An excellent trip in lovely Littlehampton

Excellent way to visit the sea while social distancing

This place is a little gem!!! Super clean, comfortable bed, great decoration, safe! Nicole is a super host and always made sure that I was happy. 
There is no breakfast but there is a coffee maker, some cockies and tea. For me it was fine. If there was a small fridge I would give it 12, but this place is sure a 11 for me! 
The location could not be better, opposite the beach, close to all restaurants and train station. 
I loved the place and loved Littlehampton I sure will return next summer .
Afundem castle is nearby, I even walked from littlehampton to arundel ! 

Wonderful place to stay 

We booked the room with a courtyard view, which is basically just a room overlooking an overgrown garden. 
The walls are like cardboard, you can hear other people going to toilet. 
We also got a parking ticket out the front even though the hotel says free parking. When questioning this with the owners, the owner became very defensive and patronising saying we should know about the highway code and where to park. Not very helpful. Maybe she should have taken a course in customer service rather than the degree in design she has on the wall as the room is just full of car and goodwood pictures. Not very pleasant. Apart from that, the biscuits were nice. Also, a lovely touch with the slippers but not everyone has size 5 feet. Wouldn’t go back. Avoid.
