My girlfriend and I stayed in this Guest House for only one night. There is neither a sign nor an indication on the location of the accommodation. The latter are little more than acceptable but with considerable problems: beds that sneeze, dirty everywhere and the bathroom is not provided with phon. The next morning we were asked to leave the room at 10:00 because it had to be cleaned for the next guests who would arrive half an hour later.

I wouldn't go back...

Rent rooms completely abusive. Zero cleaning, dirty everywhere, mold in every corner, cage of bacteria and mites. Bad bathroom, suspicious manager and guys even worse. We arrived on Saturday morning at 9:00 and were told that the room would be ready for one. We came back at 9:00 p.m. and when they gave us the room, we wanted to leave, given the situation. The manager, cleverly, charges you before you hand over the room, doesn't register you, doesn't ask for ID documents and only accepts cash payments. The code to open the room door is the same to open the stable door, so it's assumed that it's the same for all the rooms, and also on Sunday morning, there are no seats, no one was even finished with the code and no one was even in danger of opening the door.

The weekend in London

Actually there is no hotel, there's no sign outside that you designate it as such. It's a barbecue with 4 bedrooms on the upper floors. We shot for an hour until the owner (after noticing that we'd gone in front of it 10 times) told us we had arrived. Room 4 meters by 4, dirty walls, sliced by I don't know what liquid, dirty sheets of hair and dust, brown curtains cleaned by dust and scratched are just the first things we noticed. In the shower there was mold, the water table supported by 2 pieces of wrinkled iron...squeezed the bed (photo) 2 inches of dust and dirt varies, dirty and dirty everywhere, it looks like a deadly sheet was attached to the floor below.

The worst.

I stayed 3 nights at this property with a friend. Overall the judgement is positive, mainly because the location is very convenient, 3 minutes' walk from Victoria Station (with bus, train, subway terminals, where frequent connections from airports also arrive) but placed in a safe and cozy neighborhood, with many amenities available (supermarket, pub, local and restaurant with both English and international cuisine). It is also possible to reach Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Parliament in a short time.

Strategic position

Very difficult to find, as it is not listed and is located on the ground floor of a restaurant. However the location is ideal, 3 minutes from Victoria Station from where a train to Gatwick and subways to the city centre depart. 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace. Regarding the room, it is very basic. The litter was clean. The big negative point is the very small bathroom and the door that closes it is just a screen, it is not obvious for the big commissions... plus the room was above a boiler that made the whole room vibrate and made a deaf noise.

Stay in London for 5 days

Hotel clean limit, a stench of sewage reigns in the room all the time, a very, very small bathroom, impossible to stay more than 5 minutes in the bathroom because of the smells and its size.
