I booked via concur and then couldn't even get access the building at all and couldn't get through to speak to anyone at all!  Nothing in the booking confirmation about specific check-in process. Concur and amex were useless and couldn't get through to them to ask for help. This place, concur and amex are all an utter disgrace and we're all involved in a scenario that left me without a place to start late at night in london

A scam

We booked a house for 8 people in apartment 2. Very clean house with lots of kitchen utensils. Very fast internet. The house is located near the subway in central London. The mattresses are excellent and the sheets are of excellent quality.

Big clean house

Buyer beware - this property is not accurately represented by the photos - we paid for three nights, stayed for one and left to find alternative accommodation at our substantial cost. The property is a firetrap, with only one tiny window.

Buyer beware

We stayed in the Wharf Apartment. Positive aspects: large rooms with comfortable castle beds and a good location in London. Negative aspects: poor cleaning (the fridge was so dirty it couldn't be used, mold in the bathroom, the water shaft broke. We also lacked the toilet paper we bought and left there. Water was falling from the roof at the entrance of the building. We wrote to the person who opened the house for problems we found, but we didn't get any response. Fortunately we solved it ourselves.

Good location, lack of structure

Litters to be changed No outdoor light in the apartment except in the rooms light well without shutters morning awakening insured  Kitchen equipment more than summary no stove or sink 4 small spoons... The housekeeping had to be done by the former tenants and moreover not very concerned about the thing because everything was to be repaired.. The security is cashed on arrival while it must be settled only in case of any more inventory is not proposed Wc in the bathroom by very good Vmc Bref this convenient location makes us understand that the profitability passes before the well being of the tenants 😳

Disappointed

we were a group of 9 people and we stayed 10 days. we were in flat 2. The house is not big as in the pics, the bell wasn't working, the window in the (only) bathroom doesn't close and the gas wasn't working properly. We asked to come and fix them with no results ( they came in the flat while we were out even if I expressively asked to be present at the moment). It rained (only one day, lucky for as) and it rained inside the flat! we put 3 bowls to collect water and I called straight away one employer ( at 10pm and he first laugh at me) and he said he was going to call his boss. I've been waiting all night and the next day at 1PM I called them (different times). The leaking wasn't new btw and we don't think they fixed it ( we cannot prove it as it didn't rain the next days). 
I personally think it's not a flat for 10 people and the service is really low! 
I would never suggest you to stay here! the location is the only positive side but you can find many other flat in the same area and with the same price (or less for this terrible service!)

Terrible experience, not helpful employers and it rained INSIDE!

No smoke alarm and most Windows didn't open ( dangerous on a top floor apartment ) . Wifi didn't work ( no Hub in apartment). Tools and paint scattered around . No electric ( pay meter) . Nobody answers our calls and replied with our issues during our stay. I wasn't expecting 5* but there is No customer support what so ever.

When I posted this review on another site where I had made the booking , they responded to say there is a smoke alarm . I have an email from them previously to say that it had been removed during our stay.  
I haven't had anymore response from
 the company regarding my issue . Terrible customer service. 

Not safe 

The property was huge as we could stay in 8 of us.
Very clean and we had all the necessary for cooking and cleaning. I would suggest the apartment to improove the quality of the internal building.
Will definitely book again

Amazing Location big property

After talking to a contact who gave us the comment that we had arrived late and that he was already at his house (though theoretically we had indicated the supplements to be paid according to arrival time up to 24 hours). Finally, although he told us that he was coming within an hour, he did not. The block that was in the direction that they gave us more than vintage was old, ugly. In any case, we had to find another hotel for the three nights we had already paid for.
