Worst stay of life . Paid for 4 star pricing & service below 2 star . Not sure how are they maintaining license to run this business.

- Checkin address is different than what is on reservation. You need to call them to figure it out , they don’t tell up front .
- No AC or fan . First week of July was hot . You need to keep window open night . Be ready to hear noise throughout the night .
- Dirty sofa cushion , uneven floor ( tiles are not aligned ) & missing basic things in kitchen like dishwasher detergent.
- Extremely poor reception /Customer service response . Personally approached them continuously three days in series to provide shower gel / shampoo/ extra sheet ( I paid extra for  this). They didn’t care to fix . Need to send email + call manager to get it on 4th day of total 5 days stay .
- No instructions for checkout . No one to talk in English before 10am or after 6pm 

Only good thing is location ( near to earl’s court , super store and restaurants etc).

Not a good experience

We stayed here for four nights. The room was small for four people, the bathroom was very small. Surely 30 years ago it was a nice hotel, it's a shame they never did any maintenance and thorough cleaning. The carpet was all stained, the wallpaper was torn off or with moisture stains. The tiles on the floor in the kitchen were broken, even the windows. We tried to call the reference number to get us to change the sheets we had dirtyed with fruit juice and politely asked if they had been changed but no one ever answered us, so we had to pull them out as best we could. Problems also for towels: head to head for five days. Fortunately we didn't have any problems with water and Wi-Fi, but it seems to me that they were the least!

That's awful!

Accommodation is quite affordable given the prices in London, and in the South Kensington area, which is very well situated and very crowded, and therefore it is very expensive: - average accommodation: more people after 6pm, difficult to reach someone to find out how to get the keys back - clean apartment condition but with some deterioration (curtains, toilet linens...) - housekeeping is not perfect.

It's a spacious, well-distributed apartment. It looks very nice at first glance but it's actually a very uncomfortable bed and not equipped with the kitchen.

Two hours before we arrived in London we got a cancellation message grrrrr. Fortunately we were very well relocated thanks to booking at the Commodore Hotel.

They gave us a double room in the basement with a view of the garbage, when we asked for the change they told us that there were no rooms available. small beds and a small bathroom, poorly furnished. Good Wi-Fi connection. To avoid.

Don 't think about it.

Spacious, clean, good wifi, super nice maid, some traces on the walls and the sofa but nothing bad, very well located (heart of London). We were here to visit, so we spent a little time in the apartment. Very good for the price

dirty, unassuming in the service, no towels. Several people were complaining as we cleared the second night.

unprofessional staff

First of all, there was no room for an electric shock on a floor. They wanted to move us out of town. They called us a taxi, but after 1 hour there was no sign of it. After they had noticed it they tell us we'll give you this other room here in the stable. We arrive in the room: dirty (sticky floors), noisy and poorly maintained. They said they weren't interested in the towels. We called the reception to let them know and the guy who is alone can't leave the room for 30 minutes. After 1 hour and a half we still used to re-dome them to have dinner. We had to go back to the house at 11:30am. We still had no boy to pay for the service. So we had to check out the house in advance.

Let go of it!

Nice room and hotel well located (300m from Metreo Earl's short). Quiet street and possibility to find nice restaurants in the corner. The staff is rather nice and nice but the people who bring you the little dej barely say hello!! sorry. otherwise we would have liked to have a hair dryer, an open safe box and a sink that runs as soon as we arrived and we had to wait 48 hours for the first two and finally leave the sink in the sink.
