Disgusting room with mound everywhere (more so where the headboard is). The bathroom was old with a hole in the floor. Very old, dusty and unclean overall. Feel very dirty coming away from the experience.

The Guest Room is small but nice. The area is very beautiful and well supplied by public services. The manager is very helpful and kind. The price is very interesting. The only problem is the bathroom, really too small.

Without great pretensions

Very good location,metro and bus next door, very accessible city centre. Very old house,cracked parking lot, used carpet in the stairs, moderate cleanliness, private bathroom slopes but paler to go through.

Residence in London

We were guests at the end of April, the rooms are old, neglected, the bathroom, if you can call it, is 1970s camper-worthy, tiny, unacceptable, saving the willingness and courtesy of the ladies who run the facility.

Not recommended

Good geographical location, nearby subway in a very quiet neighborhood, but very poorly maintained and lacking in cleanliness.

- What?

One night: arriving at 11pm on a Friday and finding a nice but drunk owner, going into the room and discovering a dirty old carpet and the remains of chips and other sheep under the beds... opening the bathroom and finding a shower kind of portable shower and nice hair all over the sink... Shower so well arranged that you can't wash your hair at the risk of never being able to rinse it off... Wanting to make a nice tea and hummm a dirty mug... Jumping into bed without even blood, scrubbing the bare feet! Day one: full and good breakfast and advising us to leave the evening; yes, we had asked the morning before we left. Day two: ras 3: the breakfast after arrival (I saw it is served without any doubt) once in the room, and then she didn't like to rinse her eyes and then she didn't want to go out of the hotel... but then we went out of her room and we went out of her room to get a nice meal, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,

Attractive price, perfect location but to be avoided!

We stayed for four nights at this hotel booked via internet (booking) since the location was excellent and the price was not high for London standards since there was also the traditional English breakfast included. My friend and I arrive in the afternoon..the hotel is not marked with signs or anything else so it is found only thanks to the civic number. We enter the gateway and the garden of the building is not well placed..there are in fact garbage and various carpets. We play and we are welcomed by a lady on the 50th floor..not very clean at first glance but very kind. When we cross the threshold we are really wrapped in a dirty and dirty smell of fish, and then a second floor with dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, and dirty bread on the walls of the park is a problem.

I have no comment.

First we write this notice a while after we've been there... but as my daughter reminds me, the experience was so bad that it deserves to be told. We booked a double room for 2 nights and added a third night without any problems. The cost is in the average and really great location: 3-4 meters from Holland Park stop on the Central line and very close to the main attractions being at the border between zone 1-2. From the outside there are no signs but the civic number is 72: it is an old English style house furnished and turned into a b&b/pension with nights and breakfasts included. Our room was a twin, really double room with separate beds, spacious and the good thing in my opinion was the kitchen corner: laundry room, special microwave oven, various corners, sofa, table, chair, your own staircase, sponge, dishes and laundry (not to be confused). Anyone who can really compromise their order can also find a standard toilet, toilet, toilet and toilet seat, etc. Every day, they have an Italian and so much more expensive living room, and I think that every morning we can eat and eat in front of the room. Very well situated on the Central Line (20 meters metro station), very convenient kitchenette to reduce food budget, old but clean sanitary facilities.
