This was our first stay at the property. We were initially apprehensive when we read the negative review posted on TripAdvisor.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a well furnished and clean apartment in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and polite. There is a Waitrose supermarket nearby where you could find everything that you need. 
The neighborhood is the best location in London in close proximity to the top shopping attractions as well as some of the best restaurants in town.
This is definitely our new go-to accommodation option when visiting London.

Excellent location helpful staff

I rented a 3BR penthouse on Chesham Court. Immediately upon arrival I noticed very heavy fragrance smells in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms – different scents in each room. The shared bath was the absolute worst and unbearable. It smelled like someone poured a bottle of perfume down the drains in an attempt to cover bad sewage smell. That bathroom was unusable and the door had to be kept closed at all times – even then you could still smell it in the hallway. The heavy fragrance was in the mattress, bed linens, upholstery, cupboards, sofas, pillows etc. It was disgusting to smell the previous tenants and indicative of an unclean accommodation. 

 

I notified management immediately and they said they would send someone the next day to clean the apartment (as it was late already the day I checked in). The next day I alerted them when I was stepping out and they said they would have someone clean. I returned to every single window open (mind you this was in March so the temperatures were cold). Of course the smells were not gone. I noticed my clothing was taking on the smells in the cupboard so removed them and had to put them back in my luggage. I advised the “cleaning” they did was a failure and if this was not remedied the next day I would have no choice but to find alternative accommodations. They begged for one more chance and said they were procuring a special cleaning device that they would use the next day. I agreed, trying to be reasonable and also finding another apartment would not be easy at the last minute. The following day I was told I would have to be out of the apartment for several hours since the machine they were using was not safe for humans (!!!!). Uh…okay, I stayed out for several hours and came back to all the windows being open again, the old smells still present, and a new toxic smell from the machine. I advised I would have no choice but to vacate and would like a refund for the remaining days left in my booking. 

 

The next day, as I was packing (a huge inconvenience), the manager, Victor, asked to come up to the apartment to experience the smell for himself. I agreed – he came in, opened the bathroom and immediately shut the door again. Victor acknowledged the bad smells in each of the rooms, he apologized and said they didn’t have enough time to clean the apartment thoroughly between tenants, he said the previous guests wore heavy perfume/fragrance, he agreed to the refund. I have been trying to get them to process the refund for months now. The corporate management refuse to process the refund, saying there was no smell and it was a personal choice that I left. They are greedy liars. They are unethical. Do not stay at any of their properties.  

SMELLY APARTMENT; DISHONEST MANAGEMENT  

Great location! Very nice apartments with everything you need kitchen and washer/dryer. Stayed with my husband and daughter in a two bedroom that had a great balcony you could sit on. Great neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around. Very quite at night. Just perfect!

Beautiful apartment. Great location!

5 days before we left we were invited to move into this apartment because of the badly hidden overbooking of the one we had booked. Once accepted with the guarantee of a safe upgrade compared to the booking we found ourselves in an elegant residential area and in an apartment that maybe thirty years ago could be called of the upper class. pieces that were detached, broken tiles, dated furniture and dirty walls. On request to be moved we were offered a very large apartment then found ineffective and two other apartments of identical bill in the same stable (one of which is booked). Finally the area.... beautifully childish; if then you have a small and you are looking for the comfort of a restaurant with the most convenient access to the surrounding area, you can simply spend the most conveniently in the neighborhood of the residents in the neighborhood...

Four stars 30 years ago.

Hello, when I booked the room, I hadn't noticed that it was a hotel apartment but I'm glad I discovered this place...a little while back then but with a two-room in London, it's worth it! Very small but enough kitchen for the PDJ or an evening meal after a boring day...two steps from Sloane Street and eight minutes from Harrods...it's very well located, we were first, we can hear the street and cars...it's the negative point! But the very kind and ready to help us if needed.

Friendly staff and owner, fantastic apartment in a great location, spacious room and excellent amenities, kitchen separate from the living room/bedroom area, free Wi-Fi internet, 10 minutes walk from Victoria or Knightsbridge.

Grand Apartment

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment (one room + living room) for 2 weeks, when we arrived our booking was not registered and the place was complete (Sunday evening 7pm!) the keeper, after insisting strongly, contacted his supervisor and they offered us an apartment in Manson Place for the first week (at the same rate as that of Chesham Court whereas normally it is much more expensive) and the second week we had a nice apartment in Chesham Court on the first floor very clean with a nice terrace. The place is right for the price, spacious and clean. However, the staff is very nice.

After a bad start, an address kept!

We booked this hotel through a website and booking Service apartment everything went the right way. We arrived very early in the morning and it was checked out by staff at Chesham Court. The location of the apartments is superlative - 5 minutes' walk from Waitrose Supermarket, Starbucks and, most importantly, 10 minutes from Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Sloane Square. Public transportation is also convenient. We took a bedroom that was perfect for us - although the minimum safe was not working, the apartment was clean and very functional. The elevator was a challenge - it is suitable for 2 people and with luggage we can only go 1 person, but having an elevator that doesn't send clothes. The furnishings are a bit of a ritual and would require some cooking anyway.
