We recently stayed here after travelling from  Scotland for a family funeral. Just after that a family member became very unwell. The staff were so kind, supportive and caring. They offered us help , support and advice. They made sure we had everything we needed until the paramedic arrived. This kindness continued into the early hours upon our return.  To top it all off our stay was very comfortable and the facilities were great.  The following morning the staff enquired about us and our family member. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness. We would not hesitate to stay at the Premier Inn  at Melton Mowbray. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

A wonderful experience

Noisy "air cooling" fan in room that cannot be turned off. Reception were able to move me to a different room. 
Parking was full on arrival and no safe parking alternative is available. 
Property is getting tired and needs rennovation

Such a lovely stay.....spotlessly clean room, friendly helpful staff and the best freshly cooked breakfast we have had in a long time.....it was beautiful....thank you so much.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Public areas and guest room/bathroom were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Due to circumstances we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant with friends, rather than venture into town as were all at the hotel and wanted to catch up before an event rather than wasting time getting to and from another venue (we were all exhausted). While dinner here will never be fine dining, it had a fairly good, if limited, range of basics, and the staff were on the ball about checking allergens listed in ingredients. I would prefer there to be more gluten-free and vegan options, and at least one other non-cow milk option (perhaps coconut), and there was no decaf black tea, but these are minor quibbles. The one point I'd watch out for is that access to the car park is not obvious, and once sat nav has placed you in front of the hotel you still have to spend several more minutes following the parking signs in ever decreasing circles to get to the small car park. Overall the stay was great value for the money, and I'll definitely be checking out Premier Inn in other towns if I need a place for a night or two.

Am convert to Premier Inn thanks to Melton Mowbray

Just been for breakfast at premier inn Melton Mowbray. Matt - FOH server - did a fantastic job serving over 25 people single handedly this morning with a smile on his face the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble and all the food was served hot. Jackie in the kitchen was also amazing. All food cooked perfectly while also having to do an allergen check during such a busy service. Well done team!

Great Breakfadt at premier Inn - Melton Mowbray

Stayed for one night as we were going to a friends birthday. While we were their we  got the amazing news our third grandchild had just been born. The staff were fantastic in helping us celebrate, in particular  Rihanna who gave us a chilled bottle of wine with congratulations  on it. 
When we returned  from the party she asked  how he was doing and we showed her a photograph. She and the other staff on that evening 30/09/23 were  brilliant and kind Thankyou

Small carpark and difficult to find but Megan was more than happy to help us with directions when we arrived making us feel very welcome when we booked in. I wish the menu was bigger because we did have to go elsewhere but could not fault the delicious breakfast.

Firstly melton is beautiful. Very full of pork pie lol. What can I say about the premier inn wow fantastic I don't remember all names but a few nic on breakfast Ur amazing .Casey very witty matt lovely .housekeepers fantastic singing away mostly out of tune but very funny .appears to be a fun but professional place to work .Ur all amazing each and everyone of you went above and beyond to make our stay perfect .from the room which was very very clean to colouring for the kids  to breakfast which was very very tasty .well done premier inn 100% be back xx

Wow wow wow fantastic 

First time working away from home and I have been in this hotel Mon-Fri since February now and I couldn’t feel more at home than actually being there itself, the morning staff Tom,Matthew,Nichola,Jackie, Rhiann, Megan, Sarah and the others I’ve missed out have been amazing attending the any needs I have it’s there with a smile! 

Finishing work and coming back to the hotel with a welcome back how was your day from Casey and the rest of the night staff (apologies not good with names 🤣) makes a bad one seem a breeze.

The rooms are always clean, Jackie makes a phenomenal breakfast and Rhiann makes the best porridge 😂.

Thank you for a good team you have got here Becky I hope to stay longer. ✌🏽

Home from Home

Great stay here room was lovely and breakfast was brilliant . Shout out to kodie who helped us with the carpark as well as directions to town the team as a whole are wonderfull as well. Would definitely stay here again 👏
