Without informing food and juices were removed, weren’t informed with timing. Couldn’t get cooked breakfast. Had to do with very limited food especially with kids, once we made coffee on return to table could see staff was waiting to clean up quickly. Felt very uncomfortable 

Great to sleep but breakfast very disappointing

Stayed for three nights as a base to visit family around the area over Christmas. 
It’s one of the older Premier Inn’s, like a classic Travel Inn roadside type affair. So, very creaky floorboards that you’ll hear and super hot rooms. A fan was in the room to help with this though so fair play. 
Rooms have been partial upgraded, so new wall coverings, fixtures and a Samsung smart TV so screen sharing is good. Bathroom hasn’t had much done, classic pink tiles I like very much! What I did enjoy was a good new shower head and good pressure and constant hot water. Excellent!
We had breakfast one morning in the next door beefeater which was average at best. The coffee was awful! I know Whitbread sold costa and won’t have their coffee anymore, but whatever they’ve replaced it with is terrible!
Location is great, just off the M8 and good access north and south as well, but quiet. 
We’d use this Premier Inn again. 

Bit tired but still good Premier Inn standard

We stayed at Premier Inn Newhouse Motherwell. As always the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is no lift at this location, although that didn’t worry us it may impact on others. I would recommend to anthers and will certainly use again in 2024


Good stay at Premier Inn Newhouse Motherwell

Really excellent stay. I’ve stayed many a time in a premier inn and it’s always been decent and consistent however this one staff were above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Both in the hotel and accommodating a special request for hot chocolate for my otherwise tube fed child.

Little things like some chocolate for christmas and having windscreen scrapers and de-icer to borrow. Well done Newhouse premier inn!

Exceptionally good experience this time.

Staff are friendly, and always happy to help. If you need anything they are there for you. Always a friendly welcome a nice quiet hotel,  and the bar  staff are really great and the food is nice too. Really nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel and clean . Really lovely front desk staff will book again . 
No problems and very quire night sleep , really couldn’t have asked for more after a long travel time .
Breakfast was outstanding and really couldn’t have asked for more .

Great nights sleep

Great Location.  Always made to feel welcome by the staff at the hotel.  The rooms are always clean and comfortable. 

Parking is free. 

The attached beefeater has great value food and the staff are really welcoming.

newest silent night mattresses, quiet, easy access to motorway what more could the travelling worker want.

As a hospital consultant i need to be able to get to work easily but also sleep during the day if i’ve been in at night. this was facilitated by
putting me in room 32 for a week above the office:)

Becky and Fraser couldn’t have been more accommodating and they are definitely why this particular Premier Inns rating have gone up from under 4
to over 4.5 in a year.

Special mention also to Ewelina for getting me in early after an exhausting flight.

Comfiest quietest Premier Inn in the area with friendly accommodating staff.

Budget not premier once again nothing premier about this one It seems to me that premier inns need  a revamp rooms are not clean ,knocked around badly maintained not just one or two the majority are not good. We have a driver saving up to £100 per week staying in travel lodge and lots of new clean ones .

Budget not premier 

Plenty of free car parking, friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfy beds and a good shower.
The long corridor means that some bedrooms are accessed through about 5 separate fire doors which can be a bit cumbersome with plenty of luggage. When opened, they also create suction of bedroom doors and could be a factor for light sleepers.
Minimal seating in the room with the upright chair lacking padding but a comfy club chair.
The window opens for fresh air. There is a wall-mounted heater and a thermostat on the wall.
The big bed was very comfortable with useful bright reading lights on each side and a very big TV at the end of the bed. A nice duvet.
The bathroom was functional with a nice fixed rain head shower and plenty of hot water.
Plenty of sockets at the desk and beside the bed. Kettle and tea and coffee.
A great place to stay for quality rest and sleep. The Beefeater restaurant attached was easily accessible and good for breakfast and dinner. The meal deal is a good buy.
