Normal Premier Inn (stayed for two nights) except

- Wifi was not working
- Quite loud - The room was facing Broadway

Oherwise, it was normal for a Premier Inn. The facilities were standard, the staff were friendly and there was an adequate eatery next door

OK (Except noise and lack of wifi)

Everything was great to be honest, hotel was easy to find and in a lovely quiet area making sleeping so easy the only I issue I experienced was poor water pressure that's it! The staff are super friendly and helpful which truly made it! 

Almost amazing

Stayed at this hotel before and have always been happy with it but our recent stay just before Christmas was awful. The hotel is now not much more than a tradesman’s hostel with poorly trained and unprofessional staff. The standard of the room was poor and the toilet the bathroom wouldn’t flush and was leaking round the base. This was reported and took 1/2 days to resolve.Even though there were two of us there was only ever one set of towels and we were not told when we checked in that we had to specially request housekeeping which resulted in us returning to our room on the first day to wet towels in the bath , an unmade bed, no bins emptied or tee/coffee replenished. The most worrying thing that happened was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and although some of the guests evacuated , many of them just sat in Reception. There was no staff overseeing the evacuation or checking rooms to make sure everyone was out and the whole thing was a shambles. This has all been reported to Premier Inns but I have had no response. Def won’t be returning or recommending

Very Poor - Definitely won’t be Returning

Stay at Premier Inn, Oldham Broadway, 4-5 times a year when visiting Family, near by. Always a good stay with comfortable bed,pillows.  
WILL BE STAYING THERE AROUND 5 MORE TIMES THIS YEAR. 
Have stayed here apx 20 times now, always a good night's sleep.  

Great Stay

Bed & Pillow uncomfortable, AC too loud. Everyone had to evacuate at 3am due to fire alarm into -3 degrees weather with my 2 children with advice or guidance where to go and when to come back inside. Service was appaling.

Horrible experience overall - Oldham broadway

Stayed her two nights very clean and quiet in the room everything we needed was there,
Breakfast choice excellent and freshly cooked 
Receptionist Rachel very welcoming and friendly a credit to her job.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending

Short stay

We stayed here for two nights, the room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfy. The service made this a 5 star experience and Rachel was responsible for this. She couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming and accommodating with everything we needed help with. She has our gratitude and thanks.

Fantastic Stay!

Stayed at the premier inn with my partner and had the most relaxing stay! The room was immaculate with the comfiest bed! The housekeeping staff were more than helpful and went above and beyond for anything I needed! The reception staff were available 24/7 which was very helpful!

Relaxing stay

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and it never disappoints the reception staff are so helpful and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff at premier inn broadway for going above and beyond for me and my family.

Clean and great service

The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, I witnessed the receptionist Rachael screaming abuse at some of the staff for everyone to hear.it was was uncomfortable to see staff being ‘bullied’ in an unnecessary abusive manner. I am very disappointed that your staff are allowed to get away with such unprofessional behaviour.
