Best place for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a really good deal,food was great and a great selection.,it was that good we went back for our dinner. It's clean,and friendly staff happy and chatty. Definitely recommend. Great value. Thank you

All round great

Great location; useless free WiFi. The wifi doesn’t allow any kind of use barely even browsing. Really terrible. Tried at various points during a three day stay; never worked. Staff were nice; parking good; room fairly clean though bathroom could do with regrouping

Really disappointed in the whole experience and chose not to stay.
At check in was told the car park was round the back of the hotel. Took me half an hour to find it as it was back onto a main road and round a corner! No signage or directions given by the hotel.
Parking is £6 per night. 
At check in was informed that there was an oven not working so we might not be able to eat dinner there. We had booked dinner bed and breakfast! No refund was offered at this time until I later asked for it. 
The remote control in the room was filthy, and there was dust and hair on the dressing table surfaces. 
The corridor smelt musty and of stale food.
Wifi was not available in our room. I could not even make a telephone call and had to come down to the main reception area for any wifi access atall.Apparently the wifi in the hotel is patchy as its an old solid building!
I asked about a refund for dinner and was told this was fine but would take upto 28 days to be back in my account. I was also offered a refund for breakfast as a complimentary gesture at this stage.
All in all, way too many things going wrong or simply not good enough from the point of check in. 
My worst hotel experience ever!

Chose not to stay!

The Premier Inns have really went down hill recently. Their policy of not cleaning rooms unless requested and clean towels need to be requested. I stayed in room 134 with very poor Wi-Fi 
and the toilet bowl was disgusting with the under rim black, god only knows when it was last cleaned. They have also trimmed the menu which is not great if you are staying for more than a week and for some reason the do not provide orange juice anymore replacing it with “tropical juice” which honestly taste like watered down kids juice. Very disappointed.

Very poor

I have been to a lot of premier inns , but this 1 is very disappointing, there is 2 computers at reception, no humans, I usually go to the bar and restaurant but this 1 only had a few tables and no bar , it was very poor not inviting at all, the room was basic , a double bed and a dressing table , a large space where either a single bed or chaise lounge should have been , I definitely will not be returning to this premier inn

Did not enjoy

Very disappointing stay unfortunately. We always stay at Premier Inns as generally you know what you're getting and they are more than adequate. Not the Perth one!!

The room smelt of damp and when this was reported to Reception the staff member was completely disinterested, rude and had a face like a slapped backside.

The room wasn't cleaned despite this being requested. The bathroom sink was horrendously - and dangerously - filthy, see photo.

Follow-up complaint was met with complete disinterest, and it turns out the staff member on duty didn't put our complaint on record as she should have done as per Premier Inn procedures require.

Both mornings at breakfast there were waits of 15 minutes or more for certain items - one morning was a 'full' breakfast without eggs, the next morning without sausage and beans.  30 Minutes wait for croissants.

If you value your health and your hard-earned cash, stay away from this place!

Nothing but a 2-Star Doss House!!

Smiling, helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to everything.
The hotel had just changed all the matresses on our arrival day, so we slept very well.  Assume/hope it was this that lead to not so clean floor in our room. Looked like they had forgotten to vacum the carpets. I even found a pin on the floor, so thank god I saw it before taking of my shoes. Everything else was excellent.

Very good hotel and location

Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated by the night staff on the 8th of September, I have a personal problem which requires a toilet visit when I need to go, the lady who spoke to me was disrespectful, rude and dismissive and and not willing to listen to my issue, ultimately refused me using a toilet and lied about the reason why, resulting in me struggle to my room in pain to use the toilet with no regard to my needs. I find this absolutely disgusting behaviour for a hotel, the lady in question needs retraining or sacking. I’m disgusted with the behaviour of this lady, she should be ashamed.

No regard for paying guests.

Having stayed for 4 nights, I can confidently say this is an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly, cleaning is stellar, location is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, a few supermarkets and a number of tourism sites (museum, gardens, indoor water park, etc).
