Amazing rooms and very comfortable, massive thank you to all the staff but especially Sonia M as she helped with it all, the rooms are very tidy and clean, the beds are very comfortable and I got a lot of sleep on them, the tea and coffee is also very nice :)

Exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Nice room with all the amenities and the staff in the restaurant couldn't be more helpful. Linda and Jess at breakfast and the staff for the evening meal ( sorry I don't know their names). The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful

A welcoming relaxing stay

I had a very pleasant time at this hotel. Very clean and tidy. Kerrie and Kim at the front desk were so friendly and made check-in a breeze and they catered for both mine and my friends disabilities. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of a fence that was brown. The hotel's amenities were  mid notch as apposed to top-notch, but that comes with the brand. The amazing staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this premiere inn for its cleanliness and great views of picturesque brown fences and amazing staff who will go out of their way to help if at all possible.

Very clean and comfortable room with friendly, helpful staff.
The lady on reception was super helpful getting me a close, downstairs room as I walk poorly.
This is just how a hotel should be run, every member of staff I encountered had a genuinely friendly greeting for me. Top marks.

Viki the receptionist gave us a great welcome with a genuine smile and lovely nature. She was very helpful and professional throughout our visit including cheerfully changing the bedding after a coffee spillage. Great asset to your company.

I have spent many lovely weeks being looked after by all the ladies at Premier Inn Scunthorpe! 

More than a few times Sonia M has gone above and beyond to support my stay at the Inn. Sonia has been so lovely and helpful when I've needed directions, suggestions or simple things like an emergency wash for work clothes when weather conditions had near by laundromats closed. This level of service is exceptional. And goes above and beyond what is required.

Our stay was for the night before the local half marathon so we just needed a basic, clean and comfortable room which is exactly what we got for a great price. Also, we were very happy to be offered a late checkout at no extra cost which meant we could shower after our half marathon before the journey home! Would definitely return.

Friendly & helpful staff & great value for money

After a long journey I was able to check in early, Sonia M was massively helpful and even rang when the room was ready. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there is a large carpark and the site is next door to a supermarket if you forget anything.

Above and beyond

As a single female travelling alone, I felt safe at all times. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful, advising me that I could eat in my room, as some women travelling alone prefer not to eat in the pub. 

I found the pub safe & welcoming. The Beefeater manager / bar manager was extremely accommodating, providing an ice bucket, water jug, ice and glasses to take to my room.

Although breakfast was chaotic, due to the chef being absent, the staff did their best, were apologetic and I was offered a refund for the breakfast, due to there being limited vegetarian options available that morning. It was half-term, so it was unexpectedly busy.

Exceptionally friendly service from Premier Inn & Beefeater staff

I stayed in the premier inn Scunthorpe in November for business purposes it was a very clean and comfortable stay and the staff are very friendly and polite especially Sonia M on reception she was always very friendly and happy to help me with an questions I had she is in my opinion an assist to the premier inn.
