My third time at this cosy, convenient hotel, friendly staff, excellent bed, usual high standards of cleanliness, plenty of free car parking, a wide-screen TV, I had a quiet room facing the rear, nothing to fault at all, had pleasant meal and breakfast with a meal-deal offer in the Royal Oak Beefeater next door, a full ten out of ten all round !

Excellent nights sleep

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had to date, no complaints what so ever from myself, rooms were nice and clean, everything working fine and staff were exceptionally friendly and polite literally could not ask for better service, special shout out to Carol who’s always got a smile on her face and always happy to help very very happy with her and everything else in the hotel.

An excellent place to visit. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well turned out.  Everything worked the way that it should have done. The breakfast, at the Beefeater next door, could have had more choice, but was well prepared

Pleasant and welcoming

Would just like to give this hotel a 5☆ review as its been nothing but pleasurable, been in a fair few in my time and this ones is is definitely up there with the greats. The staff are amazing and never fail to put a smile on your face!  They make you feel comfortable and will do anything to help you. Would definitely come again and I highly recommend it 👌

Outstanding

We stay here regularly, and have been coming for several years. The rooms are inevitably spotless and comfortable. Breakfasts are superb whether you want a lighter healthy snack or ( like me) prefer the full English. Always great service from really caring staff, Charlene went above and beyond to help us.

Nice clean hotel, friendly reception staff and as with all premier inn rooms….. a lovely comfy big bed and nice pillows for a great nights sleep. 
I really feel comfortable in the rooms and rested well. 

A regular stop for me!

I stay here because the hotel is ideally placed for work and onward travel but I would not stay here again. I have stayed over 10 times but this is my last.

The biggest problem is the parking - there is no restriction on vehicle size and nobody enfocing good parking, During my stay there where over a dozen commercial vehicles taking up more than one space and one HGV taking up 6! I appreciate we are all there for work but I had to park my company car in a bush and climb out the passenger door just to fit in the car park.

The wifi is unstable and out of the control of the hotel staff - a waste of £15 when I had to walk across the car park to the petrol station to use their wifi. There is the same issue in the Beefeater too. To make things worse the phone signal in and around the hotel is poor on EE.

Rooms to the rear of the hotel have noise from the railway and those to the front have the road noise.

Regular Visitor - hotel getting worse

If you don't mind mainline trains running past your room, especially throughout the night, this is the place for you. Unknown to me, as you couldn't actually see them for the trees in between, the railway was just a few metres from our only window. Having been mislead by the 'quiet hotel' in the Good to Know, Hotel Style description, it was anything but! Had we known of the closeness of the railway track we would not have booked this hotel. Two nights of little sleep put a real dampener on our visit to this part of Kent. Nowhere is there any warning or notice to bring this to one's attention before booking!
Having patiently waited for a response to my email to Premier Inns, past the 10 days they said it could take, I eventually got to speak to Connor who was apologetic but repeatedly said it was not covered under the guarantee of a good night's sleep. The first sentence  on the Tripadvisor webpage for this hotel reads '' Sleep like a prince or princess at Premier Inn Maidston/Sevenoaks ''. It begs the question as to just what is covered by the good night's sleep guarantee. It left me very disillusioned, disappointed and feeling that it isn't worth the paper it is written on.

Guarantee, What Guarantee?

Spacious room,  very comfortable bed, conveniently close to motorways. Clean and with friendly staff.  First time in a hotel in last few years where the WiFi has been set very slow to make you pay for a faster speed. Took the shine off the experience. 

Great room,  shame about the WiFi.

We use this Hotel when visiting Brands Hatch.
location & Price is perfect! 
Staff are super friendly always made us feel very welcome.
