This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out. The lead booker must be age 25 years and over. Children under the age of 10 can stay for free. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 25. Please note, the booker is responsible for any extra guests or visitors.
