Cute place, small but does what it needs to do. They also put breakfast baskets outside your room every morning which was packed full of goodies such as fruit, juice, cereal, croissants, yogurt, milk, butter, study team, coffee facilities in the room, hot showers, clean bedding room was cleaned every day close to town lovely place to stay

Location: The B&B is about 1.3 km from the Town Terminus bus station, up to the shopping street Highstreet there are about 1.1 km. Equipment: The hotel has a total of 13 rooms spread over several floors. Evaluation: We arrived at the B&B in the afternoon and the check-in was done independently via the keys in the entrance area. The room was comfortably furnished and also had a big bed, a small cabinet and a small flat screen. Also, you had the option of getting coffee or tea, the bags or packages were filled. The next morning there was a bathroom with a shower, a backpack, a towel and a towel equipped with a breakfast. The room was set up in a cornish service and the service center was always located right in front of the hotel, and we always had to get to the hotel with two small rooms, and the service center was located right in front of the towel, and the towel and the towel.

- Price advertised on the guide 110€/night in high season...In fact, we paid 183€/night from 22 to 25/08. - Three beautiful services advertised on the guide...In fact, the room is under the roof, where it's almost 30°, without air conditioning...Low cost type shower room, full of molds and very capricious mitigator! The stairs to get to the room are very exquisite and very high steps (no stairs)... Obsolete furniture, very frozen curtains and partially decorated..Locking back the door broke...The pumps, these are the spring products, soft, soft and very strong! - The price of the restaurant is very low and the price of the breakfast is very low... In fact, the kitchen is very low... St. George's... very cheap!

Very central to St Peter Port, 10 minutes walk along the coast.  Very clean, well equipped.  Breakfast is delivered and taken in p your room.  We stored our bikes in the courtyard,  which is very secure.  A couple of restaurants nearby. Pub next door. 

Nice.little find

Simple, clean, comfortable, good breakfast basket and all round perfect for my son (34) and me to stay for 4 nights.

We didn't meet any staff during the stay, but our key was waiting for us on arrival and the room was ready and there were contact numbers.

Our room was facing the bay which was lovely, but there were times (probably as school got out) that youngsters on mopeds revved past on the road outside. Not  constant and not a major problem.

Lovely, unpretentious guest house.

Great as always, staff brilliant, weather fabulous,  place very clean and welcoming.  This is why we returned to Tobey's again.  Lovely views outside the front to other islands, breakfast basket excellent.  Only reason we didn't give 5 rating this time was due to genuine mix up re room booked but sorted efficiently by Tobey and the team.  See you next year! 

Great as I said there was a small issue re room booked but nothing major.

The accommodation was about 15min walk from the ferry which suited us fine. I was a little taken back that no-one was there on arrival but it all worked well and we are  travelling in different times. I found the room a little cool and couldn’t work out when the heater came on but it wasn’t unbearable. Breakfast was left outside the room each morning and had a bit of variety but was very sugar loaded so maybe some natural yoghurt and low sugar cereal could be included for a little healthier option. In our room there was not a lot of space on one side to access the bed due to the location of the heater, which might be an issue for a large person or someone with any movement issues but I’m guessing not all the rooms are the same. The road can be busy so a back room may suit if traffic noise is a concern. Location was great to access nearby restaurants, pubs and the main town area. I would definitely stay again.

Well located for a visit to Guernsey

I stayed here for 3 nights in a single room (16) and had a really nice stay.
  The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast basket suited me perfectly . 

It is in a great location with a bus stop right outside and bars and restaurants all around. I would recommend trying La piette Hotel for great meals and service 

Lovely stay

I came home from uni for 7 days over Christmas. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt as my degree is partly hospitality based but it was difficult. I was busting for the loo so the first thing I did was make a bee line for it... as i sat down i kicked a bin and as i looked down to see what i had kicked - i headbutted the sink basin. I must emphasise the fact I am 4 foot 11 and not bulky so for there to be no space for me of all people was rather alarming. I draw the duvet back to get in and to my surprise I find a guitar pic and a tenner, not so bad until i realised that meant the bed was unchecked, furthermore unclean. No staff in the building until the morning so I slept on the floor, luckily there was a blanket in the cupboard else I would have froze. The windows are very weak and the cold air was coming in, not to mention if i were to open my curtains i would be faced with another room's window 3 ft away. Could barely sleep as I could hear every noise in the building including the man below enjoying his solitude. Morning arrives along with the breakfast basket I was looking forward to, the advertised 'hot roll' during winter months had been replaced by a cold stale croissant, the milk came in a glass jar which once i opened i could tell had not been cleaned properly. I was also given a yoghurt, some jam, a box of cereal which wouldn't fit in the bowl provided if i tried the wrong cutlery. safe to say i only ate the croissant as i was starving. The shower was poor quality but nothing alarming. I had an errand so had to leave, once returned the staff were done for the day and so i went in search for some bedding to change. I opened a cupboard outside my room to find a realm of dust on the shelves where the mugs were laid upside down, bringing me belief that they were also provided unclean. I was still starving so read through the folder provided with information in hopes of finding a menu or info on the dining facilities, there are no dining facilities. Resulting in my uni budget being blown on eating out, for 7 days, at Christmas, on the lovely cheap island of Guernsey.  To summarise: I didn't see a single member of staff to get my bed changed, the breakfast was poor and there were no dining facilities, no audible privacy, the rooms are dark and  cold, atmosphere of a serial killer motel scene. But at least I didn't fall down the stairs when I tripped over the fire exit sign which was conveniently placed against the skirting board where everybody can definitely see it at the eye line view. If any of the team would like to contact me i would be happy to suggest some amendments

A Christmas Crisis

The hotel is located on the main road of the island with about 20,000 vehicles a day. The rooms are moulded and smell modestly. Due to the noise, you can barely open the windows. The service is very poor. There is no contact person on arrival, no towels in the room. These are also not made. Towels are not changed even if they are laid accordingly.
