The hotel is welcoming and staff are very friendly.  Good room and very clean. Although it is an older Premier Inn, the room and service were of a high standard similar to new ones I’ve stayed in.  Breakfast was very busy but the choices were good and the cooked food fresh.  The toaster was a talking point as it produced a range of colours  and some flames!

Great stay friendly good service

The hotel look tired and in need of refurbishment. The car park was pithc black on arrival & my partner almost turned her ankle in a pothole. We could see numerous deep potholes in daylight. The lift was out of order & the room looked very basic, with no sofa or finishing touches such as cushions or bed runner that are normally standard. There were cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom and evidence of the previous guest's shaving on the sink

Tired and in need of refurbishment

Fabulous welcome by Andy, who couldn't do enough for us. Having stayed in Premier Inns across the country, this was by fsr the warmest welcome we had ever received. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the site offered ample parking. Co-located with a super pub (The Crown). Direct access from A1.

We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely receptionist, Andy. Made us feel very welcome!! The room itself was lovely and clean, perfect for a quick stay in St Neots. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a hotel to stay in, in the area.

Great staff!!

We chose this hotel for its good location close to Cambridge and fundamentally for it having windows which open rather than unhealthy air conditioning. It was clearly really well run, impeccable clean, positioned in a quite location Our breakfast taken at the nearby Crown Inn was the best Premier Inn breakfast ever.

Excellent location, well looked after and very clean.

The food was provided by a pub nearby but not part of Premier Inn group and was hopeless. No chef, therefore no cooked breakfast, just as well I booked a continental breakfast. My intention was to stay in another Prem Inn nearby ,who have a room with a wet room, but I input the wrong date doe my stay.

Good hotel but poor food

Visitng as used to live here.  Great friendly staff especiially gentleman on reception when we arrived.  Was worried would be noisy with being near A1 but not at all.  Think its the cleanest Premier Inn room ever stayed at.  Will definetly stay here again.

Very friendly check in, clean comfortable room and good value for money! 
Visited the pub for a few drinks and food and that was really nice too. 
Lots of parking available. Would definitely return and recommend

worst stay ever never again i am  very surprised the food area has any star ratings at all disgusting un hygienic filthy premises very poor service and a very unfriendly environment filthy crockery and cutlery blocked over flowing toilets

avoid

Ideally located for st neots. Room was adequate but freezing. The heater didn’t work. Got told the room was checked but it was obvious the heating hadn’t been on at all. We were moved to another room but it wasn’t until morning that we realised only one bath towel. Little things I know but they make the difference. Attention to detail was needed.
