Stayed over for 1 night whilst visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, our room booked was a superior room ,but didn't seem superior to us ,but was clean & comfortable. 
However the room was extremely hot ,had to sleep with windows open ,& the walls are very thin ,we got woken up at 1am by the noisy inconsiderate neighbours. 
Bathroom had soaps & gels ,& quality towels, & plenty of hot water.
We had dinner & breakfast which was good quality, & which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were friendly, & restaurant was clean & modern .
It's out of town one & half to two miles away, with plenty of free car parking ,if you don't mind being away from the busy area.
We enjoyed our stay ,especially our evening meal, & would consider returning if in the area in future.


Overnight Stay

Restaurant area was obviously remodelled/extended a few years back, and they've managed to make it very bland, and completely devoid of any atmosphere. Food is just average.  
Bar area looks a little better but we weren't offered a table in that area.

Very average

A good location for party at rugby club.  They gave me an easily accessible room as I have some mobility issues.  Room was small, bed small, cheap thin linen, scratchy towels. Bathroom net curtains looked like something Frankensteins bride would wear!! Door lock difficult. Breakfast limited, cheap sausages, no choice of egg, fried or not. Staff were pleasant.

Superb….. 
we were travelling a long distance and decided to stop overnight , found The New Inn on a random search and so glad we did…  it was pouring with rain when we arrived and the bar area was lovely and warm and inviting with the wood burner on, the staff were extremely courteous polite and friendly . 
We had dinner and it was fabulous … everything was obviously cooked to order and very fresh… portion sizes were extremely generous.
The room was lovely, warm on arrival with plenty of tea and coffee and even oat milk 😬
The en-suite was cleaned to a high standard and the shower pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. A very comfortable sleep with plenty of pillows. Plenty of sockets to keep phones charged etc, and the WiFi was very good. 
Breakfast was equally as good, all freshly cooked, my wife had the vegetarian option which she enjoyed. The waitress was very attentive. 
Overall thoroughly impressed with our stay. Exceptional value for money 5/5 would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here.

Superb stay at The New Inn

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the NEW Inn.

I enjoyed a little get together with my sister and daughter recently. Staying overnight in a very spacious and comfortable room.

Cleanliness was exceptional. 

 STAFF were professional friendly and polite offering us a very warm welcome upon arrival.

Further to this we enjoyed a deliciously cooked evening meal. Comments to the chef.

Seriously! 
If you are visiting Stratford do not even consider staying anywhere -  other than 
*THE NEW INN*

Simply The Best.....

Very poor value for money. The pub can surely only justify its room rates by its close proximity to Stratford on Avon. Our “De-Luxe” room was small, basic and overlooked nearby residential properties. The single pillows provided were (to say the least) sad - as was the single sachet (each) of Nescafé coffee.
You couldn’t throw back the windows to greet the new day as they had restrainers on them to stop them opening more than three inches - obviously to prevent you from committing hare-kari but not much use in cooling what was a warm room.
In fairness the breakfast was reasonable and the car started first time so we could speed away £130 poorer. 

Not the best hospitality experience.

I stayed here with my wife for B&B recently in a "superior room" and have to say it didn't float my boat like other places in this amazing area.. it was very average..
lots of info available stating its 1-1.6 miles from Stratford?
My speedo stated 2.3 miles?

Positives were..
clean crisp bedding and towels... parking.. large (ish) room..
and large shower..
good bed.

Negatives were...
cleanliness good be a lot better... for example bathroom wasn't great..
teaspoons left had been used or not properly cleaned..
carpet felt and looked dirty..
and the more you looked around the room and the property as a whole the more you noticed this more.
I have left a three star rating for the positives mentioned above and the staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful,  nothing was to much trouble for them, room was clean and tidy, stocked up well with tea/coffee  meals were fresh and hot, breakfast prepared fresh on the weekday, not to far to walk into town, plenty of car parking space,   

Hoilday

Excellent hotel, really friendly and helpful, would high recommend.  Only a short distance to Stratford, well positioned. We ate twice in the hotel and the food was of a very high quality each time.  The carvery is outstanding value and great value.

We recently stayed here for 6 nights due to our home needing renovations. 
Absolutely amazing stay !
Staff were all friendly, welcoming , professional and caring.
Food was home made , tasty and great value for money.
Room was cosy, spacious with powerful shower and comfy beds.
Would definitely stay again and will be back again for evening meals, already booked in a Carvery 😀.
