Visited for one night as a stopover on our way home. Firstly, Strathpeffer is a very pretty little place close to Inverness and less than an hour from Ullapool so ideally placed for exploring the Highlands and Islands. Strathview is a beautiful family home in a peaceful hillside location with on-site parking and lovely gardens and view.
The owners are very welcoming and cannot do enough to help you. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and very quiet so a very relaxing place to be. Kevin the dog was adorable too! 
We would highly recommend Strathview to anyone and will definitely be back!

Relaxing tranquility!

Stayed here for two nights lovely b/b hosts very friendly  beautiful home  large rooms  breakfast really good .lovely grounds you can use Sat one evening  on the decking  with cheese and biscuits  gin and tonic perfect. Very friendly dog called Kevin beautiful friendly dog loves playing ball with you .would love to return if you where in the area again 

Well worth a visit 

We absolutely loved our stay, Rob and Victoria were lovely  and couldn't do enough for us. They were so attentive. Our large garden view room was spectacular and it was pristine and fresh, the shower room looked new. Nice selection of complimentary drinks and biscuits. Great smart tv with Netflix. Lovely seating outside, we took food from the local deli in Strathpeffer, which is also fantastic. Breakfast really nice, good quality produce. We would definitely stay again, amazing value  for  money, loved their dog and two cats too, who were around but so well behaved.

Wonderful Strathpeffer Accommodation 

Not the easiest place to find if you didn't have Sat Nav. We were welcomed by the landlady and her friendly dog Kevin. She took time to show us to our room and also all the facilities. Room was finished to a high standard with lovely bed and quality furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent

A very welcoming B&B

The frontage needs an upgrade to ensure you get an inviting approach. Doesn't need a lot, but some work would be good. Room was very large and good quality. Very comfortable bed and good restful sleep. Breakfast was superb. Nice views from room as well.

Needs upgrade

Nice spacious and comfortable room in a typical villa of this village where we used to come for water in the last century friendly home, good advice and breakfast made by the boss... very good and friendly.

Nice place to stay

We stayed just one night in late September. A wonderful old house full of character and history. Do take a minute or two to read the fascinating history of the house provided in the folder in the bedroom.

The owners and their two dogs made us very welcome and we felt totally relaxed and at home. When we walked into the bedroom it was a bit of a wow as so big, light and airy with fantastic views and such a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.

Wonderful bedroom.....

Homely, owners very friendly and is a dog friendly place. Stayed for 1 night, good size of bedroom and bathroom. The only thing which let it down was the fried eggs for breakfast which were hard but the rest of the breakfast was great. Good value.

Dog friendly

Sat nav struggled to find it but we managed. The house is old and has a few creaky floorboards but so what, it adds character.

The owners and their dogs are lovely and our room was big, light and spacious.

Breakfast was really nice.  I had an almost full Scottish breakfast on the first morning and it was too much for me - although it meant I didn't need to eat again for a while! Next time I just asked for less.  The only tiny thing I would note is that the position of the cereals / milk / juice etc is a little tricky to get to if there are people sitting in front of them but it's a minor thing in amongst so many positives.

Comfortable

The room was unpleasant, the floor was inclined and therefore so was the bed. You could hear the pipes every time you flushed the toilet (extremely noisy). Almost everything was broken, the door handle, the walls, the different pieces of furniture...everything was old and badly kept. The bed was badly made and the mugs for breakfast in the morning were dirty. Breakfast was not the best either. I would not go back. There are plenty of accommodations in the town.
