Another great stay!

One of a life's rubbish hotel. After staying. 
Over a few times the fire alarm Goes of for people smoking . Or as fireman said the shower 5 times in total.  Then waiting a hour for dinner which did not get. When telling reception she just said manager enjoying his weekend. Never mind mine staying to relax .no chance 
Bar full of staff drunk. Not sure anybody  realises it's there job to make it a good stay 
Only cleaners are good at job it's appalling  place. Should be negative  but for cleaners  who seem cheerful

Karen and Helen were so so friendly and looked after us brilliantly. They made sure we ended up with a spare bed in our room as well. The breakfast was yummy and dinner was as well. I recommend the burger. It set us up well for our days at the beaches around here

Very friendly people

When we arrived late to our hotel room there wasn’t enough beds made up for our family of 4 which I booked in advance. 
After speaking with the receptionist he got us some bedding however  we had  to make up the kids beds ourselves which was disappointing after a long journey.
It wasn’t the young man’s fault he was so embarrassed and so managed to sort free breakfast in the morning for us all which was very nice. Thank you 

Satisfactory

Although we didn't stay at this hotel we did have family staying as they had come to visit us over the easter holidays. We drank and ate in the hotel with them (both nights) and the food was lovely, a big shout out to Ryan and Helen who made our weekend great they were very attentive, chatted with us and even gave the kids easter eggs. Both Ryan and Helen are such a credit to the company.

Great staff

I would recommend it to anyone, The premier inn was excellent, the room and food were good value for money and all the  staff were friendly  and exceptionally helpful.  Access and parking were good although the car park was a public car park, but adjacent to  the hotel and only £12 for an overnight stay.

trip to Sunderland

Loved staying at the Premier Inn Sunderland City Centre. Everything you need is on your doorstep, from pubs, restaurants, shopping, football group etc! The bed is comfortable, air con can be switched on/off at your convenience and the staff are friendly and more than happy to help with anything. I have stayed here twice and will certainly be staying again in the near future.

Will stay again!

Excellent value., Nice and central. Good for SOL, a bit far for Roker beach.  Bedding was a bit annoying -loosefitting, and shower could have been less dated, but overall, a good stay. Excellent breadfast as well!

Great value and location

Easy to find town center Hotel close to amenities.
Parking is atrocious no spaces and if you are lucky to find one it's £12.
Receptionists 2 on were the most sour faced I ve ever come across.
I arrived at 2 45 I know check in is 3.00 but a bit of common sense the room would have been ready so had to stand in the corner like a naughty child or pay £10 extra so much for Northern hospitality.
The room was standard premier in but the bathroom stank the shower curtain smelt really bad and around the bath mouldy.
The rest of the room was OK just had to keep the bathroom door shut tight.
Met some friends as we were in sunderland for a get together they stayed over the road at another well known chain payed half the price I did and had free parking I know for next time
