Reception, bar, lounge and dining room are lovely but it's fair to say say the rest of hotel is dated and a bit shabby, however the white towels and bedding are spotless and the staff are the most friendliest ever, I definitely would stay again

Would stay again - preferably when storm Kathleen blown herself out 🤣🤣🤣

We stayed for 2 nights over Easter. Lovely hotel. Bedroom was clean with a really comfortable bed and bouncy pillows. The view was outstanding, looking out directly over the beach. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The bar area is beautiful and so welcoming with the warm fairy lights everywhere. The staff were lovely. The internet was very intermittent and with an 11yr old internet mad child it was something that was fairly important for us. The two girls on reception/on the bar went out of their way to sort it for us and were always smiling and happy.  Only one lady called Chris let the team down but I’m not letting that bring down the hard work of all the other lovely staff.

What a lovely place 
We where welcomed by manager and reception lady Lesley from our coach journey 
Lesley was so friendly and listened to my mobility issues and acted on them 
She gave me a choice of suitable rooms

The hotel bar lounge and restaurant areas are beautifully decorated clean and spacious 
Our bedroom 109 has the most amazing sea views 
Although it was small it was fine for 2 of us 
Lots of positive points 
Bed very comfortable the pillows amazing 
Lots of drawers to use 
Chairs in room to look out to beautiful sea and beach 
Only negative was the window was cracked 
It let in a awful draft !!!!
The bathroom was tiny but we managed 

The location into main town area was easliy walked and i use a walking frame 
Small accessible pathways lead down to beaches  

Our board was all inclusive so we ate every meal 
Breakfast and evening meals where hot tasty and delicious 
We where offered packed lunches too 
5 free drinks each day a definite bonus 

The whole staff team where outstanding 
Nothing too much trouble they where all polite and friendly 
Would definitely recommend and definitely will return 
Thank you for a wonderful 4 day break x

Returning to Tenby

Very friendly staff especially on my arrival. The room was perfect for my needs and being next to the beach the hotel was the perfect location. The shower, a main consideration for me was ideal. 
Very clean and well manitained.  I very much recommend this place. 
Tenby as always was absolutely perfect.

Food was lovely hubby had steak which was cooked to prefection and delicious i had salmon 😋 
Stephaine and Rachel were the perfect hosts and post dinner drinks were good value
Room a little dated but completely serviceable and warm
The olny thing that spoilt our stay was a very rude obnoxious table in the evening who was rude to the perfect waitress
Cant wait to come back

Lovely stay

Stayed for 2 nights at the Belgrave with a group of 30 ladies on a half board basis - there were no complaints from any of our group. The welcome from Max, the owner, was warm and humorous and we really appreciated having our bags carried to our rooms (luggage labels had been sent in advance). The rooms varied in size and not everyone had a great view (some did however) but they were all clean and comfortable. The restaurant and other public areas have been recently and attractively renovated and were very comfortable - we were able to take over one area on the Saturday evening. The food was a revelation - 3 choices for each course - all tasty, hot and generous portions. Breakfast was also good.
The renovations haven't yet reached the bedrooms (get rid of the carpet in the bathrooms asap please!), the single lift only goes to midway between floors (the layout of the building probably makes this impossible to change) and some yoghurt and fruit at breakfast would be welcomed but we would not hesitate to recommend the Belgrave for a group such as ours.

Excellent service for a large group

We’ve been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and normally I can take the rough with the smooth, but this time I’m afraid the condition of the bedroom windows and furniture really needs sorting (see photos) we had to stuff towels in the window to stop them rattling and the wind blowing through the bedroom. There’s been a lot of money spent on the lounge/restaurant area which use to have entertainment most nights, especially on weekends In my opinion totally spoilt the hotel.Can’t fault the breakfast or staff but rooms really need upgrades.

Work desperately neede in bedrooms

Amazing hotel,will definitely return. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us,anything we asked for,they couldn't do enough. Lovely food,breakfast was the best we've had. Catered for everyone,children selection which was great 👍🏻 hotel room 
was old fashioned but it gives you that feel,couldn't complain as it set you back which we liked! Definitely felt some paranormal activity,and witnessed a few things move.. this wasn't the gin talking 😅 stayed on floor 4,nice few of the sea. 2 min walk to the beach. 

Lovely weekend away

Lovely stay in this sea front hotel. 
Food was fantastic.
Communal areas comfy and spacious.
Lucky to have a sea view room.
Or bedroom was on the small side but the view more than made up for that.
Hope to return next year.

Great view

Beautiful place to visit. The communal spaces were really lovely but the rooms are a little tired however extremely clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and  considering the hotel was understaffed, the staff that were there were fabulous!
