This was a last minute booking as other accommodation booked had fallen through. Impressed with the size of the room and the facilities. The kitchenette was ample to prepare a simple meal. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided was varied and ample.
Pleased that we came across this motel.

I very much enjoyed my stay in one of the log cabins and will return.

It was really warm and cosy, the heating was off when I arrived but it warmed up really quickly.

It is really quiet, I hardly noticed the road at all despite the close proximity.  

Very comfortable bed and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, fridge, kettle, hob etc.  There was bread, jam, orange juice, tea, coffee, cereal, milk and butter for breakfast.  The only thing missing is a hook/extra rail in the bathroom to hang your clothes when in the shower.

It is in a beautiful countryside location, Bedgebury park is just over the road with miles of stunning forest trails.

Just a few minor cleaning issues, eg the soap tray in the shower could have done with a bit of a scrub.

Would definitely recommend for a good value and enjoyable stay.

On the Edge of Perfect

Site and chalet very clean. Only fault was the bed and the lumpy duvet and pillows which need replacing. Plenty of breakfast supplies. Situation good for visiting area. Also easy to visit Hastings and Rye.  Although close to main road it was very quiet.

Very pleasant place to stay

Everything we needed.  Continental breakfast included, whole Hovis loaf, 2 pints milk, individual cereal boxes, butter, jam, marmalade, tea coffee, orange juice.  Beds were clean and comfy.  Shower was good.  Only problem we found was a Combi Boiler (think that's what it was) kept clicking on and off very noisily all night long.  No traffic noise from main road.  Plenty of parking and easy to find.  Would stay again and probably will.

Good location, roomy accommodation, very clean.

Had to stay in Tier 4 during COVID which was obviously not ideal.  I picked this place as the rooms were self contained making social distancing easy.

The room was bigger than expected, with an upstairs!

The room was very clean, very generous selection of breakfast goods in the large fridge, plenty of tea and coffee and even a 2 pint bottle of fresh milk.

Check in was fast, efficient and covid secure with both of us wearing masks and maintaining distance.

Under very difficult circumstances, these guys are doing a phenomenal job and they will certainly be benefitting from my business in future.  Really well done :-D

Over delivered

We had an ok stay here. There was free wifi and free breakfast supplies. The bathroom could be cleaner though - the toilet had pee marks on it from a previous stayer and there are toothpaste marks all above the sink. Toiletries were given, which was nice.

OK stay but bathroom needs to be cleaner

Stayed for one night, 5 of us including 3 three young children. It's clean, comfy, well equipped and in a great location. Off the main road with lots to do near by. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful and suggested a pub for dinner, The brown trout, a local pub, the girls were lovely and attentive and the food was amazing and fresh! It was later than we normally eat and with 3 Hungry children we needed to eat fast and we didn't wait long for our food. We were really impressed and it's about a 5minute drive. 
The breakfast was a loaf of bread, 2 pints of milk, carton of juice,butters jams etc. Just what we needed in the morning for the kids!! coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk portions, biscuits we're on the side with kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge freezer and full kitchen sink. We could of comfortably stayed a week! Lovely sized bathroom and dining table. Will definitely stay again and recommend!

Great find! Comfy, clean and reasonably priced

A disabled motel room with a difference.  Ramp to double doors.  Double bed inside with kitchenette, table, 4 chairs, settee, coffee table, walk in shower/wet room.  Then to my surprise, stairs with two single beds and a Futon upstairs.  Brilliant idea if you want family with you.  Continental breakfast provisions and reasonably priced.  Would recommend cleaners don't forget the shower hub when cleaning, otherwise spotless.

Surprise, surprise

We were driving to friends and stayed here for the night. We booked a cabin. It was perfect for us and the kids. We enjoyed a tour to Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest which is very close by. Because we were a bit early we had a quick lunch at the pub nearby which was recommended by the owner. Which was great. The cabin was clean and the beds slept perfect. You have enough room and a nice simple breakfast.

The children and I stayed here last night, the lady who greeted me was very friendly. The room was clean with plenty of space for the 4 of us!
If we are ever that way again would definitely return.
