Guest house hosts Philip and Wendy were very welcoming and could not do enough for us , Room was very spacious , Spotless & Had everything we needed ,Bed very comfortable , Cooked Breakfast was Superb , Guest house as a whole was Faultless 

Short break for wedding Anniversary

We have just stayed two nights at this lovely B&B so homely. Nice surprise when we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. We were so pleased when we realised as we liked it before and this time was exactly the same couldn’t have chosen anything nicer. Arrived just after 5pm Phil was waiting for us showed us where to park and helped us with all our luggage even taking it up to our Room No8. Very large room with walk in wardrobe which also  had a fridge and ironing board and iron. So much attention to detail. Lovely bath room with corner shower. Breakfast next morning was lovely help yourself to cereal fruit yoghurt all nicely laid out. Then the cooked breakfast followed by toast no complaints at all. Short walk down Clevedon Road to Promenade where you can walk into town. Phil and Wendy are lovely hosts so friendly with lots of advise if you want it on what to see and where to eat. They have 3 lovely dogs who are no trouble at all wouldn’t have known they were there. Not allowed to roam round but do like to see you if you are happy to say hello to them.
Phil and Wendy continue to do as you do you work really hard and made us feel so welcome.

Phil and Wendy do a fabulous job at making you feel welcome.
Close to station ( 10 min walk )

5 star

At £84 per night, out of season, for a small room, this is not a cheap B&B! 
Our room, no 5, was a small double. We were only staying for 2 nights before we moved on so didn’t want to unpack. There was not enough room to open our case on the floor without falling over it and not enough room for a case stand. 

Pluses
Clean comfortable bed
Thoughtful tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and a flask of fresh milk available each day
Good sized TV
Clean shower room with reasonable sized cubicle and wash basin
Nice breakfast with cereal and fruit as well as cooked.

Minuses
Very small bath towels
Inadequate shower. No matter how you adjusted the spray it was still just a trickle. This is a huge minus and totally unacceptable in a supposedly 4* B&B! 
We didn’t see any other room but ours was not even close to looking like the ones on the website.
Others have mentioned the landlady’s talking at breakfast and other times. We found this helpful at first but intrusive by the second morning. Paying guests should be able to choose when to chat and when to just eat their breakfast or chat to their partner! 

Overall
A bit disappointing. 
We wouldn’t recommend this B&B to friends and, if we ever went back to Weston, we wouldn’t stay there again. 



OK B&B but not 4 ⭐️

My friend and I stayed in room 8 for a weekend break. This place is truly amazing gone is the old guest house stigma this is a modern well decorated 1st class accommodation with everything you would need for a quick break. Not just a room it’s comfy and bright clean and spacious with lots of added extras you won’t find anywhere else, and everything you could need for a comfortable stay .Phil and Wendy are more then accommodating breakfast first class hot and plentiful delicious!!! We would like to thank you both for a lovely stay we will be back soon !

AMAZING !!!

Charming room, lovely decor with smashing photos of the area taken by the owner. Comfortable bed, very clean and with a personal touch. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is 10/10. Great value for money. The only down side was the noise of the traffic.

Comfortable B&B

Phil and Wendy are super friendly and helpful proprietors. Room 4 is a small double but really nicely decorated with well appointed en suite. Fabulously thoughtful touches in room include sewing kit, vanity kit, biscuits, plenty of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast options are fantastic along with cereal choices beforehand AND homemade granola bars in lovely conservatory. Butter is a sight to behold, in different flower/leaf shapes every day. Won't hesitate to  stay again if we ever return to Weston-super-Mare.

Phil and Wendy's attention to detail is second to none
From the little sewing jar to the vanity jar in bathroom 
Everything is provided from iron board & iron , hair dryer to the jar of biscuits with your cup of tea. I can not fault this place. The breakfast is made from fresh local produce and with an array of cereals and juices you definitely don't go hungry 
It's walking distance to the town centre and the beach is at the bottom of the road. 
Definitely recommend this little gem for a get away.

LINDEN LODGE B&B

Prior to visit I could tell from phone calls and texts Phil & Wendy are very passionate about their business, on arrival we met Phil very friendly but professional, we had their best room which was spotless, had all amenities required, the breakfast provided was excellent (full english) 10 out of 10, I would put my wife and I as moderate to fussy hotel stayers and we would return to Linden Lodge in a heart beat, 10 minute walk to the pier. 150 meters to beach..

Nephews wedding.

This is an absolute gem of a find. We (Husband and I) plus my parents stayed here in July. We were there for 6 nights. The rooms were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds, and everywhere we looked there were little treats or finishing touches that made our stay. From in room biscuits, to sewing kits - it was all there.

Breakfast was so good! Phil slaves away in the kitchen every morning to bring you a breakfast at a time that suits you, whilst Wendy and the girls whip around the dining room making sure that you are very full up and drowned in tea! We literally could not want for more.

Wendy and Phil are really chatty whenever you bump into them and are really helpful with hints and tips on the area. There is an area on the landing with glasses, a fridge which you can use, and even a little tuck shop with an honesty box where all profits are donated to charity.

We were told that even more upgrades are planned to the accommodation which would make the stay even better. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and the pier about a 15 min stroll.

Would definitely stay at this place again if in the area.
