Only rated poor as unable to book today as in previous years.

Upon telephoning today- discovered that extra parking spaces at back of property have been sold off and due to lack of spaces could no longer book overnight stay with  Manchester airport car parking for 7 nights.

Pity as have enjoyed previous stays in comfortable accommodation, knowing car was parked securely.

Alas no 2020 visit due to parking changes....

Very convenient for an overnight stay before an early flight. Immaculate, very comfortable, good value. Proprietors very helpful. Everything you would hope for from an overnight stay. The owner recommended the nearby King William for food and gave us directions. We had an excellent meal there.

Excellent Service and Value

What a perfect little place. 3 friends for one night before flying out of Manchester airport.  Easy checkin process, clean room with 3 separate beds and bathroom. Needed another towel and they brought us one immediately! Service was great, hosts couldn’t do enough for us. 
Such a nice way to end our time in UK.

Perfect!

We spent two nights in this guest house. Good experience, the bed is comfortable. We were just surprised because it's very high level!! The price ratio is good. The bathroom is a little small, the shower too. There's nothing to dry your towel. It's a shame we can't have breakfast there. A good address though where we could go back if we wanted to explore Manchester further.

Once again a lovely relaxing overnight stay/ airport parking before a flight.
Which gets our holiday off to a great start.

Arrived later then expected due to long tailback and traffic nightmare on M62.

Warmly welcomed by Diane a lovely friendly lady, who showed us to our parking spot for the week.

Room was clean and comfortable and a small fridge now available in our room. 

Plenty of tea/coffee sachets available together with biscuits

Bars/Restaurants and shops within comfortable walking distance.

This guest house is room/parking only - no food provided. 

Car was not moved and left safely for the week. 

Diane provided taxi number to book taxi to airport.

Taxi cost £16.50 -fixed price. 

Welcomed on our return by the male owner.

Another pleasant stay and  our choice of guest house when flying from Manchester airport.

Return visit 2019

Had a fantastic stop over here on recommendation from a friend of mine and so happy I did !. Di made us feel relaxed and at home -but professional and attentive.
The were well appointed, have everything we needed and was spotless thought out.
We look forward to returning soon. Keep up the good work :)

Relaxing Stay in Great Surroundings

We got moved here aftre the previous place we good was over booked - very odd. Anyway this was so much better with great service at a good price. Our host even gave us a lift into town for dinner. We had to leave early to catch a flight but that was no probelm to them either.

What a lovely guest house. We stayed for one night and it was an early start next day. Very handy for Manchester Airport. Diane was fabulous, very friendly and gave us info and directions on places to eat. The room was brilliant it was extremely clean and had everything you could want. 
Would definitely stay here again.

Overnight stay

We had an early morning flight from Manchester Airport so we found this guest house on Booking.com. The host was very welcoming and gave us all the information we need. Theres a shop and a few takeaways approx 10 minutes walk away which is great.
We had a triple room with ensuite which was immaculately clean and well presented.
I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. 

Perfect for Manchester Airport 

We chose this location because we were very close to Manchester airport, because we had a very short flight. It was a really nice surprise. It was a really nice, very nice, very well-organized, large triple room. The lady greeted us with great warmth, giving us cookies, water and everything we needed to make a coffee. She gave us directions to the village where there are some places where we can eat dinner. It was a real shame to spend just one night there was really charming.
