We had a really lovely stay at Seaways Cottage. The house was beautiful, Debs and Tony were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate. Debs went above + beyond to cater for us, as vegans, which we really appreciated. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. Excellent place to stay - 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the local shops. Short walk to station to get to Liverpool or further. 
Couldn’t have asked for more and couldn’t recommend more highly.

Just Excellent 

I spent 9 days at Seaways Cottage in Sept. 2019.   Debs and Tony were fantastic and very accommodating. Their breakfast was well prepared and timely.  Debs will do laundry for you if needed-saved me from packing more clothes.  The rooms were very clean and quaint.  It is located very close to downtown Hoylake for the pubs and restaurants,the train station, and the promenade.   It is within walking distance to the Royal Liverpool Golf Course.  Debs and Tony made you feel like you were old friends.  I would recommend anyone who will be staying in the Wirral area to check this B&B out.  All in all, an excellent experience.  

Excellent B&B in Hoylake, England

Stayed at Seaways Cottage for 8 nights in early September during an extended golf trip which included the Walker Cup.  Easy walk to Royal Liverpool Golf Club and Hoylake town center. Close to restaurants and pubs and the train station for an easy ride to Liverpool. Cottage is super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom has been updated - very nice.  Tony and Debs were the best. Awesome English breakfast each morning. Could not have been more pleased with the stay.

Awesome B&B with the best hosts

I spent three nights at Seaways Cottage and had a very pleasant stay - Debs and Tony were friendly, talkative and welcoming and the room was very relaxed and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet facilities were communal but very clean and excellent quality. Full English breakfast was provided and very well-cooked, Debs and Tony were always ready to help out and have a good chat. Tony also used to be in a band in the 90s called The Onset - I've had a listen and really like the music, so would recommend this place to any musicians as Tony is good to chat to with a lot of stories about his time in the music business. Best of all, the cottage is in a very nice location right next to Hoylake Beach, in a pleasant neighbourhood, and it is great to walk along the beach at sunset. I definitely recommend Seaways Cottage for anyone visiting the Wirral!

Very comfortable B&B in a great location

My wife and I stayed one night and found the cottage no problem it’s very clean the room and bed very comfortable,Tony made us feel very welcome told us a bit of the history of the cottage which we found interesting, and the breakfast is superb and Tony cooked it to our liking,if ever we need to stay on the Wirral in the future this is where we will be staying.

Excellent B and B

My stay was very brief. Arriving at 8.30 pm and leaving at 6 am. However the place was excellent. The hosts were nice and normal. Not over the top pretending to be nice,just normal nice people. Super clean. Super comfy and even let me park my motorbike off the street. 10/10

A brief stay in a lovely B+B

We stayed at Seaways Cottage for a night when we came up to my sister's birthday party.  After a 6 hour drive, Debs gave us both a warm welcome, showing us where everything was and our immaculate and spacious bedroom.  The house is beautifully decorated with loving care and thought and this came through every aspect of our stay.

Debs and Tony were happy to answer any questions and make suggestions of places to visit, as well as helping us to work out the best way to get to the party (as t sat nav had gone wrong!).

The bedroom was very comfortable and the shared bathroom was gorgeous.  Breakfast was fresh and very tasty and again our hosts chatted to us and checked all was good.

I can highly recommend Seaways Cottage to anyone who loves a friendly welcome and excellent service in a quiet area ideally situated for exploring the Wirral.

Just the perfect place to stay for a warm welcome and peaceful setting!

I went to the Grand National at Aintree and stayed here for a couple of nights. Seaways made an excellent base, very straightforward 40 minute drive to Aintree. If you want to explore Liverpool but don’t want to stay in the city this would be a lovely place to stay. I didn’t stay long enough to explore Hoylake but it appears to be a nice, quiet little town on the seaside. 
Seaways cottage itself was very nice, owners where lovely, very welcoming, would help if asked but left you to your privacy. The single room I stayed in was small but fine for one, next door to shared loo/wet room. The whole place was spotless, bed very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of tea and coffee, small fridge in the room.
Booking.com do say secure parking, I parked on the road in front of the B&B, there were gates to a courtyard and I expect if I’d asked I’d have been able to park here. Advert on Booking.com also says sea views, maybe there are but not from my room, which was fine, I went out early and got back late so didn’t have time to worry about the view from my window..
Full English breakfast was lovely, and a huge pot of tea to set you up for the day.
I would definitely stay again if up that way.

Grand National Weekend

We, a Cologne couple, were at Debs and Tony's house in Hoylake for a week in August 2016 and enjoyed a nice round-the-clock stay. Everything went well. The two hosts welcomed us in their beautiful, recently renovated house from the ground up with great warmth. Tony, who speaks German, even fulfilled our wish for a German breakfast. Once again, my dear Tony! But your English breakfast was also very delicious. The cottage, which Debs decorated very tastefully, offers everything that a vacationer desires in a few minutes: many well-equipped rooms from Liverpool and Liverpool, including a beautifully decorated room, a clean, clean classroom for a good sleep, a nice place to stay and a great hotel. We decided to send you a complimentary meal, and we decided to go back to the city. We'd like to see some of the best places to stay in the city, including our own nearby beach and the beach. We'd like to visit the town, and we'd like to have a nice, clean, clean, clean, clean, clean, and spacious house, and
