I spent two nights it and enjoyed my stay. It is an older place, but the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. It's conveniently located near grocery and restaurants and a short drive into town. 
It's a great deal and I would stay again if I was in the area.

Pleasant Surprise

My room and bathroom were super clean, really impressive for an older motel. They even smelled clean. The linen was so white it almost looked new. Staff was nice, (and vaccinated). I was attending an event in Camanche, just 3 miles away. Turning left out of the parking lot across 4 lanes of traffic wasn't always convenient, but a quick double right turn gave me a great old parking lot to turn around in and a traffic light by which to turn left across those 4 lanes of traffic. 
They have inexpensive chilled water and soda (for soda drinkers), a very clean microwave and refrigerator. They don't serve breakfast, but they're right next door to Burger King (for fast food aficionados) and a gas station with a convenience store, and down the road a couple of blocks from Wal-Mart, as well as a very peaceful, relaxing cemetery. There was no inconvenience whatsoever in obtaining anything I needed, not even a relaxing walk.

Friendly, clean, safe. I had upstairs room.
Doors slam hard by disrespectful customers. 
Other co workers stayed there also.
Weekly rate $313. Then after 30 days rate drops .
It's tax free.
Con: Windows don't open. They should to get some fresh air, instead of being closed up because of being painted seal.
A razor knife will fix that

The lady at the desk was very nice.  This motel is very old.  The room was clean, but there was no coffee. The thermostat for heat and air conditioning was on the wall and there was no way to control it.  Towel bars were over the bathroom stool.  The outlet in the tub looked dirty.  There is no breakfast since they don't have the facility to serve breakfast.  There are restaurants close by.  The motel is in a good location and close to downtown Clinton.  This motel is good for staying overnight.

The room was clean but after spend over 60 night there and spending around 2500. She was very rude about a late check. She would often speak to other employees in her native language when you inquired about something.

Your average $60 a night room...stayed several days while scoping out the area. Rooms are  dated but clean....updated to a flatscreen, fridge, and microwave. As average as it gets. The owner/manager , however, needs to work on her people skills, so expect nothing extra - someone else mentioned this same issue.  (The other lady who worked the counter at times was very gracious and friendly.) Wifi was actually very good for a budget hotel, even at our room at the end of the building, so that was a plus. Next door to a Burger King (expect no free breakfast at this motel) and close to a WalMart.

Average but it works for the area.

I give it three stars so people don't expect The Four Seasons. The room is nice and comfortable. I have a microwave, fridge, and 40 inch flat screen. The rooms look to be recently remodeled. The owners are friendly and the housekeeping staff is as well.
