I really liked and suggest budget hosting and suites in Denton, I did buy a pad for the bed but besides that they accommodated me very well. Yes it is an older hotel and I had a smoking room which usually they stink really bad but this one did not. I felt safe when I came home in the evening and when I left out in the dark of the morning for work. Thank you. Budget hosting and sweets for all your hospitality

I was in town for work and was there almost a month?

They have roaches so bad and they will not give us our money back we had to sleep in the car because I refused to sleep sum where with roaches everywhere in the room and all they had to say was they never had a complaint even after showing them the video of the roaches

Curtains looked dingy and dirty. Carpet cove was detached from the wall.  No tissues in the tissue box. They didn’t replace our used soap or water cups. We requested extra towels and were told they had none and that they provided a towel for each guest. We ended up buying our own towels. Theirs were very small and thin. A wall socket was falling out of the wall and we could plug in either the television or the desk lamp but not both. We had two small pillows and two half pillows on a king sized bed. Breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cold cereal and waffles. You had to request milk and waffle batter from the front desk. We did not pay budget prices for a “budget” hotel but we had less than budget accommodations. We will not stay at a budget host anywhere ever again.

Had a good experience staying in this place,not expensive at all ..don't judge the book by its cover, didnt expect much judging from the outside, but the king size room was great.Had a desk, fridge and microwave.
Close i35 highway, near the golden triangle mall,few miles to Texas women,UNT and NCTC.
Near downtown Denton. OK place to stay if u are on budget.I enjoyed the fact that you don't have to go through the lobby once you  check in..
Cons:
Rooms great but adding some scent in the rooms would be good.
Nothing happened but the place is to open..

Okay place for the price..

I b here for few month I pay weekly they have nice big pool and nice rooms. The room r clean. Free breakfast far as other review go that from idiot. Party crap they are not aloud to rent here.  It a nice quite family  motel. It stay tat way. I only write this  review because it wrong pep lie on ther review 2momth ago this motel had 4star good review n the last month a bunch idiot chex n and cause issue they were removed from property.  It a very nice motel for 54.99 a night I b rent motel on off for 10 years I start pay n $15 more night to stay here because they have nice TV pool no bug never seen bug b here seen may

So, the hotel wouldn't be too bad if it weren't for the room conditions, both in terms of cleaning and maintenance and general condition of the room and the furnishings.

My God.

This place is a DUMP!  The rooms are dirty, even after they've been "cleaned".  When I checked in, there was a dead bug behind my bathroom door.  I let it go because it could have came in after housekeeping cleaned the room last, but after housekeeping came through the second day and it was still there, I knew for sure that the floors weren't being cleaned.  The coffee maker in the room hadn't even been rinsed out, much less cleaned (I had to wash it myself with bar soap before I could use it), and the ice bucket was cracked and filthy as well.  After washing these items, I wiped down the counter top with a white guest towel and the result was absolutely disgusting.  The air conditioner is on some kind of a regulator because no matter how cold I set the thermostat the room did not cool down - but the unit still cycled on and off like one would expect.  The furniture was stained and the desk chair was broken.  The toilet was mounted incorrectly and thus crooked to sit on.  The phone in my room didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't close completely.  The staff are rude and treat every one as if your under interrogation for committing a crime instead of being grateful to have people pay them to stay in that dump.  The breakfast (if you can call it that) was pathetic and guest services act like it is something that someone would actually want to steal.  Ugh!  The coffee was terrible .... it was obvious that they brewed it up and then watered it down with another pot of water before serving it.  There were roaches all around the property grounds (thankfully I didn't see any live roaches in my room).  When housekeeping came through on the second day of my stay, they did not leave any new soap, shampoo/conditioner, or coffee items in my room.  I had to walk up to the front desk and get these items, but I had to argue with the desk clerk about giving them to me - he was acting like I wanted to steal a 1 oz. bottle of shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap that is all used up by washing your hands once.  These people are RUDE and do not deserve your patronage.  I received an invitation from Choice Hotels requesting my feedback on this property so I filled it out completely.  I just got an email from the property manager basically calling me a liar.  This place is disgusting and pathetic.  Trust me, just DON'T stay here.  It's not worth it, even if it's free.
