Nice property to stay the night post reunion.  But this is not the Ritz but it was as I anticipated!  Nice people, good locations. Good television sets.  Clean rooms.  Plenty of parking.  Right off Rt 66!!

When you make a reservation with super eight in Dwight Illinois, be sure to review your email and make sure that it is accurate. If not call the hotel back immediately and tell them that they need to make the changes before you get there. Otherwise they are going to try and charge you for another day.

Very nice stay.  We were worried due to the age of the hotel on what the condition would be inside.  The hallways made us nervous - there was a musty smell, cigarettes smell, dirty/aged carpet and extremely hot.  However, the rooms were perfect.  Renovated, comfortable beds and air conditioner worked great - cooled the room down quickly and their were no smells in the room.  It was nice to have an air conditioner that stayed on all night - not like the newer hotels where they shut down in the middle of the night because they are motion activated.  Not many options of places to stay in Dwight, but this one is all you need.

Nice

We’ve stayed here twice, so far, when visiting family and friends. The location is perfect, being right off I-55.  The hotel is clean with newly-redecorated rooms that have all the necessary amenities for us. Our family of 5 appreciates the room with 3 queen beds so we don’t have to get 2 rooms as we usually do, saving us money.

Classic Super 8 Motel, easy check-in, clean room, but the carpet should be refurbished, and breakfast was manageable, which is normal on the mainland, but it's okay for one night.

For passing through

Needing one night accommodations, I was booked right away. No issues with my dog, and it was quiet, and clean. I did laugh when I entered my non smoking room and all you can smell is old cigarette, while there’s a sign in the room stating if caught smoking a $250 charge will be put on the bill. Someone dumped their empty beer bottles in the yard, rude.

Not bad

We just needed a place to sleep for the night and this was a good value. Room was updated and clean. Room included a refrigerator and microwave as well. Husband checked us in and he did say the lobby had a bad smell of some kind, so hopefully the owners address that quickly. So we wouldn’t stay here if we needed to rely on having socializing space, but the room itself was good. We would stay here if passing through again.

Found dirty washcloths on shower rods. Room smelled real bad. Don't know what they'd been smoking in it. The breakfast offering was almost non existent which consisted of cold cereal and juice I believe. I've stayed in much better Super 8's before. I've stayed in a better Motel 6 before and that's not saying good things about this hotel here. 

Poor/Smelly Room

Only stay here if you are desperate and even then consider sleeping in your car. The bathroom was dirty, the comforter was tattered and stained. There were a few bugs in the bed. We left as soon as we woke up and didn't look back. We washed everything we brought in, to wash the Super 8 off it. 

What a dump

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I will be staying here on and off until January for business. Very convenient, clean, and great price if your on a budget. I am very travel picky and this was a great option!
