The price is outrageous for this dump. They refuse to let us get the weekly rate. 75 a night is not worth it. Has roaches. Trust me this where the meth heads and 1 night stands happen. Please avoid. The beds for sure were just remade from the previous person. Urine stains galore. No sense of comfort. I'm not being harsh just stating facts. Needs a new owner obviously this one doesn't care.

Horrible

I stayed here last year and it was a bit sketchy. However, I stayed last month and boy has it improved! My room had an updated TV, new floors in the bathroom and sink area, clean and newer fridge and microwave, free wifi, helpful staff. One of the best things was they only rent to 21 or older and have a really strict no visitor policy they have posted in the office. Perfect price range and accommodations for my business stay over.

Don't believe everything you read.

I worked for this guy for a month so as maintenance and desk cllerk the rooms are disgusting they replace old towels with dirty towels that people have used already, they dont cleam under beds, they dont change bed sheets they just remake the beds its pure filth ant d should be shut down.\ not to mention the house keepers are alll felons and the manager turns them loose with a master key so they can go into your room at any time and take anything they please then if you go say something he kicks you out without a refund this guy is something els.

DONT REBT A ROOM HERE THIS IS COMING FROM AN EMPLYEE!

This hotel charges $5 key deposit per day. If staying more than 1 day they will not return the deposit for days beyond 1. They also charge king bed room prices for full room bed price. When staying past one day they will not provide clean linen as well.

Wish I had seen this site before I spent night.  I have many many itchy red bites & will throw away luggage to keep from taking any bugs home.  Never have encountered anything like this in my whole life.  Worst delapidated motel I've ever seen.   I should have walked away. They said they didn't have my reservation from booking.com and refused to honor price I had reserved at but everything else was full so felt I had to take it.   I'd have been better off to sleep in my car.   

Bed bugs

After traveling from Idaho to our destination of East Alton, Illinois I selected the Lewis and Clark motel via my phone app on the road. No bad reviews, some said motel was not as clean as could be, which I can live with dust! Pull into motel. The floor linoleum was missing in patches but not recent. Base board heating was Jerry rigged with a switch across room with an "S" for summer and "W" for winter. No instructions how to turn heat on, I called the front desk when the heater did not turn on. I was supposed to know the W setting on adjacent wall was to turn heater on. 
First night 3 bites in one spot on my arm. Next night woke up at 3:15am and my hands were grossly swollen with 20 bed bug bites. Immediately went to convenience  store to get Benadryl and ice. Ice machine at motel was broke. Needed to reduce swelling from scratching bites. Used gold bond medicated anti itch cream to help. 
Paid for a week at motel and left hotel day two at 10:00 am. Staff lady advised after I showed photos of bites and on my hands I was having an allergic reaction to their laundry soap. I filed a report with county health department as environmental concern and cancelled payment through my bank.

Bed bug infestation!!!

Power outage made it where I had to find somewhere to go, this place was open and ready after midnight. The outside appearance could be intimidating, but it's a nice place. I slept very comfortably and the room was extremely clean. If you need something on the fly, this is a good choice.

Good for what I needed.

The most disgusting of all I paid 265 for a week walked in took pictures and asked for my money back they refused to refund my money their were roaches and dust everywhere disgusting needs to be put out of business

Dont waste your time or money

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at.  The rooms were nasty, the beds were disgusting. The bed linens were Very unsanitary with stains dried vomit on the comforter and i think it was food or maybe dead bedbugs under the sheets, I have pictures to prove it if needed. This place needs to be inspected and shut down
for the safety of society.
