The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. It is dated, but the price reflects that.  Staff was friendly.  I have nothing bad to say, which is a good thing for an inexpensive hotel.  It was the only hotel I could find in Elko during the Elko Expo, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Inexpensive, but clean and restful

The room was very clean, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for one night as we were traveling across the country. The room was not the most modern decor but was extremely well kept and clean. Updated shower in the bathroom was lovely. Great, quiet place to crash for the night.

Stayed here on our way from Colorado to Oregon...the owner was a doll! The room was very nice and very clean great deal for the $.   Shower was dreamy..and cute little touches around the room. We would stay again.

Rooms are decent with hardwood flooring, microwave and small fridge bathroom has shower only. Flatscreen TV with free  HBO. The manager(s) were very friendly and courteous. I was due on my weekly rent and she waited for me to wake up instead of waking me up at 11am. I work graveyard. When I went in to pay, she said "I know you work at night and didn't want to disturb you" That was very kind and thoughtful. 
It looks ragged from the ouside but the managers keep the rooms clean. Its quiet at night too..

Good place to stay

Horrible! Seriously the creepy man at the front desk was caught looking through our front window at my grandma! Not cool! Not only was he looking through the front window he even put his hand above his brows to shade the reflection! DO NOT GO HERE! Creepy! And not clean at all! 

Peeping Tom!

The TV kept freezing on us they did try to fix a few times even switched the device out after I told them we just left the hospital and no way we could do basic tv reset etc. Then on the last attempt I was told by the older gentlemen if no work go to bed?? Also, the heat if or when barely worked. We had two queen beds used all the bedding for both beds, doubled up on clothes, and wore our coats to bed. I even called about that got no where. I know it was cheap and we just needed a bed but for just under $60.00 @ the very least the heat and tv should work. They didn't offer to move us or give me a discount or a refund so I could somewhere else. If the heat and tv worked it would have been fine the beds were comfy, GREAT WiFi (wish I had my Roku), the fridge/microwave worked. Not sure of the air conditioner but u can see how it was plugged in. Plus, they had the microwave & lights plugged in via cheap extension cords. We won't be back. We have stayed at another American Inn in Boise, Idaho it was a palace compared to this place.

It's cheap you get what u don't pay for

Clean and quiet...very reasonable rates....would stay again....fridge and microwave worked well...no coffee pot or cups....basic room however good for a budget stay...if in the area again would stay there....
