The overall stay was very substandard . The room smelled , the breakfast wasn't close to other Comfort Inns. the pool was accessible from the side parking lot by an open gate so anyone could enter , the side  entrance key entries were disabled/broken and people were propping them open . Luckily , it was only for one night .

Fool me once ........

This place is disgusting! I booked two rooms for my staff members attending a conference. The first to person to arrive, contacted me shortly after checking in to let me know the room, specifically the bed, was dirty and that the front desk told her there was no one available to change the bed and no other room was available. While I was on the phone with her, she was told the bed was re-made for her. See the attached picture of the dirty sheet. She was not comfortable with the clear lack of attention to cleanliness and sanitization and chose to leave the hotel. 

The second person arrived not long after, was also disgusted by the lack of clean facilities. See the attached picture of the restroom, and opted to leave as well. 

Considering we live in a Covid aware world, the obvious lack of cleanliness at filthy Comfort Inn Midway is alarming. 

Also, the manager, Mike, doesn't take or return calls or emails to address any of these issues. I think a call to the health department is in order. 

FYI, I rebooked my staff at a nearby AC Hotel by Marriott, it was less expensive and clean!!! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BOOK WITH COMFORT INN MIDWAY. 

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

First off Ms Whitney greeted me with the warmest welcome upon my arrival. She checked me with and assigned my room. As I got my wife and our luggage we proceeded to the elevator which wasn’t working. Of course that’s a disappointment after a lengthy drive. Unfortunately our room was reassigned and instead of a king room we ended up settling for a double bed. It changed the dynamics of the trip, but the atmosphere was so peaceful. It was conveniently located near I-10 with a short drive to town. Both Mr. Pauly and Mr. Jay’Quan wee most helpful. The hotel offers an nice breakfast menu and it is a place I would stay again for the right price!

Comfort!

I thought the rooms were comfortable but i doubt i would come back there again. Woke.. up the next morning and they had construction workers come in and they gobbled all the friggin breakfast. I walked in to the dining area at 7:00am and they ate ALL the hot food. As a paying guest the only choice i had was cold cereal, muffins, and coffee. I travel alot but I will never stay there again.

POOR SERVICE IN THE DINING AREA.

Checked in, dropped bag in room, then headed out to find a church and supper. We had been traveling almost 12 hours to Florida for my brother’s funeral. Arrived back to hotel at 9:30, room was hot and had roaches on the wall. Clerk moved us across the hall. The room was just as bad, it had a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod, mouse droppings in the corner of the sink counter top, black smear down the shower where the silicone has molded, dirty behind the bathroom door, sink wouldn’t drain and a brown smear on the wall beside the tv. Had we not been exhausted and mentally drained from the family situation we would have left. This hotel doesn’t deserve the choice brand. I told the clerk and showed the pictures, he said to email the manager the pics and would be contacted, it’s been a week and I have yet to receive any response to the email. The check in clerk refused to use my choice rewards number as part of check in, so I had to contact choice to add the missing stay to my profile.  

Had to use fabreeze to make the room smell better. 
Breakfast bar was dirty and very unappealing, dried out foods.

Bereavement stay. Horrible experience

The Air conditioner kept cycling on and off. Front desk said had no one there could fix it.  Room Stunk  send a woman to room and she aggraded it did stink. Free breakfast ran out of food but when their hotels worker showed up they went in back and got food!!  Bath room sink didn't drain and shower water pressure was non existent.

Not clean and many problems Worst place I have stayed at in years and no one cared

This Comfort Inn & Suites feels almost new. Entering the lobby was the first indication that this is a well kept property. The rate was fair on Hotels Tonight & in person. Our room was clean & roomy with the king size bed, desk & a sofa. 
The check in was easy with a helpful friendly staff. 
We so recommend this hotel. 

Comfortable & Clean 

The people were very friendly.  We especially thought Angie was very helpful upon checkout.  The beds were super comfortable.  We did feel a better breakfast could be provided and feel they are hiding behind covid.  The breakfast was chips, water, peanut butter crackers.  Other than that... we had an excellent experience there. 

Super Clean 

The hotel smells bad and has roaches in the rooms. I tried to get my money back and get another hotel, but no refund would be given. I was stuck with the bill for the entire trip even when I did not stay at the hotel.. The Managent Team sucks which is the "Owner" of the hotel. He refused to take my call and told his duty manager to tell me to stop calling him. I feel betrayed, I wiil never stay at this roach hotel ever. If you stay you will be sorry unless you want a low budget hotel.

In my 40 years of traveling this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Price gouge for FSU football game so room was over $200. Room smelled like smoke. There was no hot water in the morning. The manager was zero percent helpful. The young lady at the desk was friendly but sorry just doesn't cut it when you get ripped off and the manager refuses to make it right, or even come out of his office.
