will stay again! Bed was nice and comfortable. Room was super clean. Liked the convenience of the fridge/microwave. Easy access to places and restaurants. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

Very good, Excellent option for a very affordable price

I have a construction company. And as my crew was finshing up a job in this town they ended up having car problems. It was 11 of them they rented 4 rooms total all with double beds. And I could not believe how much they told me how much they paid for their rooms. 1200.00 per room. Yes that’s right 1200.00!!! Almost 600 per person. I don’t know if my guys were being profiled for being of Mexicans. But is totally unacceptable. We do have all receipts for this. And as soon as I arrive home I will be speaking with a lawyer. Again unavailable that this happened 👎👎👎

Vary vary upset with this place 👎

Set your alarm because if you don't, you might over sleep.  The location is off the beaten path and it is very, VERY quiet.  I was given a room in the back building and I'm pretty sure i was the only guest back there.  The only sounds I heard were the rustle of leaves in the breeze.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well.  There was a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room.  The owners close their office at ten pm, but they stayed up a little past to get me checked in and provide me with a bag of ice.  Very friendly.  I drove a little bit out of my way for the price and the good reviews, and I'd happily stay there again if I should pass that way.

The room was large and did include a small microwave and refrigerator which was nice. The rate when I was there was higher than the week before, probably due to crafters being in town for Fin and Feather's Fall Festival. I know several vendors stayed at Suite 16. The bed was really tall and not too good for a short person like me. The refrigerator was so cold, it froze my boiled eggs. One of the chairs fell apart when I sat on the edge of it and I ended up on the floor. I put it back together and it was fine. There were mini bars of soap for the shower and a combo squeeze pack of shampoo/conditioner which I didn't use - I'd read about this and brought my own shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room was clean but the bedding well worn with holes in the bedspread. The staff was friendly and helpful when my key mysteriously stopped working. It was a convenient location but a bit pricey for what I paid - over $71 per night but it is about the only place in town.

For the price this room was very clean and maintained. It had a small fridge and microwave so since I was doing a fishing tournament at Tenkiller lake I was able to purchase a breakfast sandwich so I had something to eat before I left at 4 in the morning.   There were plenty of outlets for charging your devices. The bed was comfortable. The tv could be put on a wall mount or up on a stand to make it more viewable but didn't watch that much anyway. Small coffee machine. You might want to bring your own shampoo as the shampoo is in a small packet but worked for me.  There was plenty of hot water and I slept well and the staff was friendly so overall for the price I say this was a very good choice and I would stay again. My room was close to office but still very quiet.

Why excellent? Nice clean room for the price

We stayed one night to be near Lake Tenkiller and Sequoyah NWR. The room was clean and comfortable, well supplied, everything worked. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We will stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

This was a very nice-and very reasonable-place to spend the nite! It was cute and clean, with a little sitting room, a frig and microwave, and parking right outside. The bed was comfy. The staff was great too. It is well worth the 5-6 min drive off of the interstate!
