Words cannot express how amazing this B&B is, and not only the physical building/setting itself but the owners of the B&B are just incredible. It’s nestled in a nice quiet area. When we showed up it had just snowed almost a foot of snow and the house/area was just beautiful! My husband and I stayed in the Four Seasons room. The room was immaculately clean, the hot tub/rain shower was great. The stars at the top of the shower were adjustable, so you could change the color. A nice feature. We aren’t big TV people, but the room did have a TV and DVD player. Netflix and Roku were available along with many different DVD options upstairs to use. The room has a little mini fridge with complimentary drinks. Sally explained everything about the B&B, gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. The pool table was a lot of fun. 

And the breakfast, OH THE BREAKFAST. Literally the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had. If I could live here I would haha. It was a small beginning plate before the big meal and then there was a dessert after the big meal. So so so good. And they are very accommodating should you have food restrictions. They always had coffee, water, ice available. The second day we were there, the power had gone out due to the snowstorm and we were out of power for a while. Sally and Chris offered to go get us and the other couples food from town, and Sally even made us a charcuterie board (which was delish, highly recommend). While the power was out, my husband and I sat in the great room and played cards, conversed with the other guests and it was just a lot of fun. Sally and Chris made the power outage experience a lot of fun, even though a small inconvenience, it didn’t seem like one at all. They had board games and reading materials. 

And the spa. One of mine and my husband’s favorite places to be. The spa was incredible. The steam room and cold deluge shower was our favorite. Hot tub and sauna were nice as well. Just a very serene, quiet, relaxing area and plenty of time to enjoy it all. We also planned a couple’s massage which was glorious. I feel like I’m running out of great words to use for this B&B. My husband and I trekked in the snow during our stay and found the swings on the property. It was a lot of fun just walking and enjoying the nature the property had to offer. 

The time/attention both Sally and Chris paid to each guest was amazing. They are super friendly and felt like family by the time we had to leave to go home. Sally and Chris are just the most genuine/funny people you’ll meet and the experience we had staying at their B&B is something we will never forget. We will most certainly be back.

Simply the Best

This was such a lovely place for us to have a two day get away from the city. The room (and bed and shower) was so comfortable. We stayed in the Timber Trails room with heated bathroom tiles, fireplace and double headed shower. The breakfast was fantastic and the owners are lovely people.

The spa was clean and relaxing with a hot tub, steam room with cold shower and dry sauna. My husband is not a “spa guy” but I found out he texted two of his friends to recommend the place after spending our allotted time in the spa!

Great get away for relaxation

We had a last-minute weekend without obligations and decided to get away. I had seen this place in an Instagram post and wanted to stay here. The owners were able to accommodate us, and it was exactly what we needed. I was able to book a massage (wonderful), and the spa area was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast served by the hosts was amazing and they were even accomodating to special dietary needs. We are a family that is always on the go, and this was exactly what we needed to disconnect from life and spend some quality time together. We can't wait to go back!

Last minute stress release getaway. 

A friend of ours told us about Hidden Serenity- as soon as we walked through the front door we knew we were not going to be disappointed. The commons area is so quaint and beautiful and the hosts, Sally and Chris are a lovely couple and made our stay even more wonderful.  My husband surprised me with a special package  that they offer as soon as we arrived – hot cocoa in mugs that we could pick out from their selection, along with a charcuterie board of cheeses, summer sausages, nuts, crackers and a box of yummy chocolates! Then each morning they greeted us and we had delicious homemade breakfasts – we even had desserts at the end of each one! They came around and talked to every guest-they made us feel as though we were family or old friends. Chris always had a witty story and Sally was beyond sweet. DISCLAIMER-don’t touch the cereal box! If you go, you’ll find out what I’m talking about🤣.  Our room, Shalom Forest was cozy and comfortable- from the 2 person Jacuzzi to the fireplace and plush king size bed- we never wanted to leave it!!  But when we did we went on an adventure – we hiked through the forest adjacent to the property  and after enjoying the beautiful scenery we had an appointment at the spa located in the house. We opened the door and walked down the stairs to Paradise! The couples massage was unbelievable (much thanks to Joanne and Traci) and afterwards we enjoyed the steam room, sauna, large whirlpool then relaxed in front of the fireplace and just soaked it all in! I sat one of the window nooks overlooking the forest, reading my romance novel – could it get any better than this! I think not!!
The B&B is close to the West Bend downtown area, which had great shops and restaurants and a 22 minute drive to Cedarburg.  Wish we didn’t have to leave, but we will be back again and again and again!! Thank you Sally and Chris for an unforgettable stay and 30 year anniversary memory!! Laura and Jeff Williams

Perfect 30th anniversary getaway!!

2023 had been a rough year for us, and we just needed to getaway… Hidden Serenity was the perfect place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and comfortable, Sally had recommendations for places to eat, which was so helpful! We stayed in Shalom Forest, the room, bed, linens, lighting, jacuzzi tub——everything was so clean, cozy and inviting. Attention to detail here is amazing. The breakfasts were delicious, both Sally and Chris were nice to talk to during breakfast! We enjoyed time in the Spa, the steam room and cold shower was an experience! Our couples massages were exactly what we hoped for! We spent time just sitting, with a glass of wine, enjoying the amazing views, and the next morning there was a fresh blanket of snow in the ground which gave us another perspective of how absolutely beautiful this Bed and Breakfast is!!! Thank you Sally and Chris for a much needed weekend to reset, relax and unwind. We enjoyed our conversations with both of you and cannot wait to return!!

Just What We Needed, Absolute Perfection!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Serenity. We stayed in the Four Seasons guest room. The walk in jacuzzi tub was amazing and better than the picture! The LED lights were such a nice touch too. Chris and Sally were very personable and so kind. The location and scenery are wonderful! Our complimentary spa with the hot tub was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. Our favorite dessert was the ice cream brownie with rum. We hope to return in the fall to see all the colors, and walk along the trails located throughout the woods. I would highly recommend this B&B!

Hidden Serenity has everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing getaway weekend!

Our new favorite place to go! The long driveway leads you to an amazing and relaxing destination where you truly feel like you've left the stress of daily life back at the main road. Chris and Sally are amazing and truly add to the experience. The onsite spa is a great touch and the massage my wife had was one of the best she's ever had. The breakfasts are amazing, unique, and another highlight of the stay. The B&B and surrounding property is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and have every amenity we could have hoped for. Relaxing in the main area is also nice with the large picture windows, comfortable chairs, and great decor. Really looking forward to our next stay!

Made our anniversary very special

My partner and I stayed at Hidden Serenity the weekend before Christmas and had a wonderful time. We absolutely recommend and will be returning! Some highlights were the comfortable room (we stayed in the four seasons room) with a very large jet tub, delicious breakfasts, cozy seating areas, personal touches, and relaxing vibe throughout. Most notable were 1) the kindness of our host, Sally, and 2) the luxurious spa downstairs. Sally was so thoughtful and accommodating throughout the weekend and made sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. We loved hearing about her experience owning the inn and she was very fun to talk to. The new spa downstairs was also a highlight — complete with a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and separate room to book optional massages as an add on. The spa room was free to use each day that you stay (book a time slot online), and we took full advantage of this! The amenities were amazing and there was also a seating room with a fireplace, water bottles, and window reading nooks. Our entire stay exceeded our expectations!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much, Sally!!

Cozy holiday stay

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Hidden Serenity and had an awesome stay. We took advantage of their hiking trail, spa services, and professional massage. The hiking trail was interesting because the trail had markers with relationship questions that helped spur some good conversation. I have health related dietary requirements and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate me. We look forward to returning.

Well worth it

Spending our weekend at Hidden Serenity Bed & Breakfast was a fabulous fall break for a busy couple of four kids! From the moment we walked in Sally made our stay welcoming and stress free. Hidden Serenity think of everything. Our room was delightful and quiet. The decor made us feel calm and like we were at home. We had beautiful weather to walk the property to the animal sanctuary before our relaxing massages.

Service as well as the food preparation were excellent.Chris and Sally made exquisite breakfasts that included creative desserts. We had a fabulous time and returned to our home rested and connected.
