What a great location with easy access to town and with a tremendous review!  Being able to enjoy it for all of the wonderful seasons Minnesota has to offer, from Summer to Winter it truly never disappoints.  The accommodations of Unit 2 are everything you would ever want and really has the "make yourself at home" feel!

Great stay in Unit 2!

Beautiful Condo with excellent views of the harbor & lighthouse. Walking Distance to downtown, minutes from Lutsen Ski Resort and many of The Falls to enjoy. Everything seems new with a feeling of super cozy. Just an all around great experience and great place to stay.

Condo# 2 - Excellent Place to Stay

We stayed in unit 7 and our experience couldn’t have been better. Great views from the unit and well maintained! I would highly recommend as everything is within walking distance to town and the harbor is right outside your windows.

Spectacular

The unit was, overall, clean.  The furniture was in good condition and comfortable.  Internet was fine.  Fireplace flames were about the size of a Bic lighter flame. View windows were dirty outside, from lake spray, and inside from children's hand prints.  Cascade said it would have someone do the outside, later in the day.  I went ahead and did in an out.  It made a BIG difference. 
No washer and dryer in the unit or complex.  In my experience, that is very unusual. 
Lights along the waterfront were large, bright, and shined directly in.  No opportunity to enjoy all those stars.  (Grand Marais should work to become a Dark Sky city.)
I think Cascade Vacation Rentals does well in managing all of its portfolio.

Good unit, Excellent location and harbor view.

The perfect place to stay in town!! Walking distance to everything the great town of Grand Marais has to offer. We try to stay at Cobblestone Cove Villas every year.  The condos are very clean and modern, along with the great views and up north feel. We will be back again next year.

The Perfect Play to Stay!!

My third stay in villa 2 and I can't wait for my next stay. Waking up to the waves of Lake Superior is like a dream. A very short walk to Artist's Point or pretty much anywhere in town. You don't even need to start your car unless you take the drive up the north shore to Grand Portage. I highly recommend this trip up the shore to see the lake and the High Falls of the Pigeon River. Johnson's Food's is two blocks away so there is no need to bring groceries. On all of our trips we were able to take advantage of the kitchen and make most of our own meals. Staying at a hotel means eating every meal out. The benefit of a kitchen really makes this place worth the extra cost. The famous Sven and Oles is literally a 5 minute walk if you decide to order pizza and My Sisters Place is a great restaurant just a 5 minute drive away. Cant wait for my next trip.

Love this place

It was my first time in Grand Marais. It couldn't have been a better place to stay. There is something special about Northern Minnesota during the Winter. I am happy my family and I spent a weekend up north. The locals in the area were extremely friendly. I would recommend staying at the Cobblestone Cove Villas to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway with amazing view right! Can't beat being right next the lake!
