Great motel that was clean and comfortable.  Prefer to stay at these mom and pop motels vs big chains.   A nice and friendly Polish lady runs the place.   Breakfast included. No issues or complaints—we would stay here again if coming through Price again.  Good value.

Great value

We always come back to this hotel when we are traveling back and forth between Texas & Washington.  Diane is the owner there and she really takes care of her customers!  The place is always clean, smells fresh in the rooms and for breakfast, she offers up the waffles, which my husband Loves!  Of course, there’s the rest of the breakfast items also, which is fresh coffee, pastries, eggs, other fruits, juices, bagels, breads.  You will NOT be disappointed staying at this hotel.  Diane is a wonderfully caring person and you can tell she takes pride in her service.  Where can you find this anymore?!!  We’re happy customers.  You will be too! 

Staying at this hotel, with Diane the owner, is the best place in Price Utah to stay at!! 

.....but, it's just fine inside.  The 2-queen room was large enough and very clean.  The bed was comfortable.  The shower was great.  The breakfast in the very small breakfast room (5 tables) was "basic," but okay.  The coffee was good and fresh. But, the best "perk" of all was a card with a guide to the almost 60 TV stations.  You hardly see this anymore in hotel rooms.

If you're stopping off in Price and willing to pay half of what the chain hotels will charge you, this is the place to stay.

It Doesn't Look Like Very Much From the Outside......

A clean, friendly family run motel. It equaled what we saw in TripAdvisor reviews. As small business owners we try to patronize other small businesses and this motel confirmed our decision. It’s nice to see people try their best. We will return.

Amazing super clean and spotless inn with convenient parking and spacious rooms and great bedding and towels. Right by numerous gas stations and restaurants. Friendly staff. Amazing prices. I highly recommend this establishment and will always stay here whenever I am in the area. This is a hidden gem in Price, Utah.

Amazing experience at a spotless motel

What a sweet find.  A super clean spacious room. A lovely breakfast and a quiet night.   And at reasonable prices!     Yay for the independent hotelier who knows what to offer a weary traveler!       Full five stars to this off the main road gem.    Spotless and comfortable!

A diamond in Price Utah!  

1st the great owners. They really do care about the place and those who stay. We've started to be regulars here. 2nd these are some of the comfiest beds I've stayed in. They are serta mattress replaced in 2021 and they feel like your laying on a cloud. 
3rd the rooms are super clean (even the green carpets are clean)
4th one of the best thing is the 3 bed options when traveling with a family or larger group. This hotel has a 3 full bedroom, a 3 queen bedroom, and a 2 bedroom suite at affordable rates. 
5th although the office closes at 9, if you need anything you can text the office for extra towels, blanket, or other need requests and they respond quickly. 
6th this was our first time with breakfast, and it was decent. The desk will make you waffles, there is cereal, and bread options. The lobby also has (as my daughter put it) "Fancy" cultural Polish costumes.

We just love staying here. and during the winter months we're staying here around 3-4 times annually

Best Beds in town

The room was spotless. The bathroom was super clean and the water was hot with excellent pressure. 

Internet and TV channels were great too. 

Breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Excellent Hotel and accommodations

The adventure of car travel is not to stay at a Hilton or Marriott. If I want that type of hotel, stay in one locally, no need to travel. The rooms at the Legacy Inn were in a “V” shape circumscribing a large parking lot. Plenty of parking in front of your room. The RV Park was behind the motel. I did not see it directly. Our room was excellent, clean and pleasant. The air conditioning hummed quietly, very good sleeping. The bathroom was new. We had a very pleasant experience. The internet was a little slow but Pandora and Peacock both worked.

Outstanding old style motel

This place is a quiet, super clean gem. When I'm traveling by car, I love the motel style places to easily get in and out and this was the best places I've stayed on this trip. Do yourself a favor and stay with a kind, local-owned place. Perfectly clean and crisp rooms, strong internet (She said it was new), and a free breakfast. I wish all my nights on this trip were so easy!
