While a screw up on our part in the scheduled date caused us to find other accommodations, thanks to the patients and over the top assistance from the young lady on desk duty that evening (New Years), we found an excellent hotel in a nearby city and returned the next afternoon to Leavenworth Village for a great time.  The owner of this establishment has a gem for an employee and she deserves recognition.  Thank you young lady.  You sure left a great impression on us.  

Awesome service!

Everything about this hotel was perfect!!! Requested early check in when booking and received a personal call from the manager saying she would make us a priority the next morning after checkouts. She felt bad they we would be gone before breakfast so offer to put stuff in baggies for out motorcycle. We ended up staying for a traditional European breakfast that brought back many memories. Beds were super comfy, location was awesome and climate control rocked!!! Would definitely recommended a stay here

Couples night away

The website posted a picture of a room with a fireplace a vanity , etc. our room was old but it was very clean. The feeling in the room as it was just a generic motel and not what we expected considering we were in Leavenworth Washington for Christmas vacation.

DISAPPOINTED: first, the personnel were very friendly. Our room looked old and nothing like the picture on the website.

The King Spa Suite was $330 per night, and we expected a great suite.  The reality was that several less than great things accompanied the single room, which was advertised as a "Suite."  The sheets were not fitted to the mattress, and came loose overnight. The hair dryer did not work.  The fireplace looked great, but would not restart after the first hour of usage.  No one could be called to help, as there are no staff on the premises after 9:00p.  No one could be contacted for help without an additional charge of $50.  A lot of relatively small stuff, but I expect more for $330 per night.  

Great Location, but we expected more.

This is a small inn close to all the shopping and restaurants.  Our room was clean and modern but had 2 of my pet peeves: 1 ply toilet paper and very scratchy tissues.  Really?  For the price you pay I would at least expect good TP. We had been to Leavenworth many times just for the day and on this trip took the short walk down to the river.  What a delight! Also be aware no breakfast is served.

Nice room, great location

Lovely and spotless. The view from our window of the snow covered mountains was spectacular!! Sounds silly but sheets matter and they were high quality super soft cotton. Cozy!
Also the staff we dealt with, Savannah & Carla were friendly, warm and helpful for recommendations. Will come again !

Lovely

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean. Bed was good. Location is fabulous. Good Happy hour at the wine bar. 
  2 complaints. The bathroom door opens right into the bed. The stairs are very loud. You can hear everyone coming and going. 

Timberrr Music festival

I booked this hotel as part of our Christmas  experience  . We looked forward to  a cozy nice place  like in the pictures ...ended up in getting a room that was more like a motel room for 300$ ! Well this experience wont be forgotten  but unfortunately not a nice memory at all  .

Misleading

Pros-
-great location and walking to all shops
-great room and comfy beds
-great price and affordable (not a rip off so keep it that way)
-nice flooring and cozy 
-good heating and kept room very comfortable
-great towels and plenty of towels too
I'd return and recommend this inn.

VERY GOOD and I'd recommend it

Decided to travel to Leavenworth last minute and ran into hotels being fully booked, which was expected. This was my first time visiting an seemed to be a very busy weekend. Did a quick search and starting calling/dropping in about 10 different hotels total. Was told call after call hotels were booked. I went into to an inn to ask about availability and the person in front of me was checking out, I asked if I can have that room that I could wait until it was ready and was told no. Finally reached Leavenworth Village Inn on my list and was told by the receptionist that someone had done an early check out that I can have that room if I was willing to wait for a bit, I was assured the room would not disappoint that is was beautiful. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. So cozy and beautiful! Had a jacuzzi in our room which was a plus after a long days travel and outings. Yes it’s true, hand soap was great! Both ladies I spoke with at the front desk were super sweet. Would definitely consider staying here again if I had the opportunity to visit again.
